“The price that was listed was not the price that I was charged after I booked the reservation I received a call 3 hours afterwards advising me that the flight would cost an additional $300.”

“I booked a-flight with less price even thou i saw it in another website but next day they said your flight is not confirmed prices have increased i Initially paid 260 each for 3 tickets next day they asked me 356 i said i wont give but they reduced the price but still i ended up paying 300 each for the ticket we are students we expect reliable website but this is not i thought of refereeing to my classmates but this one has upset me a lot”

“Unable to check in electronically due to third party purchase. Addtionally, I paid extra to make a seat selection but upon check in at the counter I discovered I was given another seat which was a middle seat. Took my money and didn't deliver services expected.”

“The price was listed at $208 but by the time my carry on fee both ways and seat each way and taxes were added on, I am paying a little over $400. I found that disappointing when I thought I had found a good price. It kept growing bigger and bigger. An agent called me to resolve my displeasure - she gave me $50 back and also a $25 dollar voucher for future flights. I am now a happy customer.”

“Called me up and said.. if I wanted to keep the flights I booked the night before it’s now an extra $559 to keep them or cancel… Totally disgraceful and a con in my opinion.”
