“The name seems like a scam. Its spelling and syntax is off. The website is set up like a scam. It doesnst instill confidence in booking. I will be worried till the minute I get on the plane that Ive been scammed.”

“WOW! I wish I'd know about CheapFlightsFares.com before! I found them through Kayak, so I knew they were reputable. They were. However, you need to be a savvvy and patient traveler to use this service -- and "quick" to make a decision. The rate we got was incredible, but like so many similar services, you have to "search" and "stalk" online. But, once I found our flight and QUICKLY got info in place, their service team was great. And, also, when I called, someone answered quickly and dealt with my issue. Again, if you're a first-time flier, this ain't for you. But, if you're someone who travels regularly, and can be flexible, you can find great rates (including Business) if you're patient.”

“So yesterday I booked a trip that was supposed to be $329 a person from Boston to Orlando on Alaskan Airlines after I finally figured out how to do this on your page 10 minutes later I get a phone call saying that alaskan airlines is not on this rate, it gets changed to a Delta flight. I specifically told the person on the phone I needed the same type of flight with a carry-on baggage and a personal item and I really wanted to get the seats assigned because I am a handicapped person and I also need wheelchair at the airport. Last night I checked my email and my flight has changed to the Delta flight, but not a full-size carry-on, or seat assignment, which is what he specifically said he would take care of because of the issues with the first flight and this is my first time using you. So now it’s costing me $150 more, with no seat assignment and a half size carry-on what the heck is that? I’m really not happy about this whole situation. I was willing to pay the price for the first flight. I thought it was a pretty good deal but then it turned out to not be a good deal at all and don’t know if I will do this next time. “The price chaged after receiveing confirmation for few of my friends. Group of us booked at the same time. This is not a fair practice. Cheaoflightfares should let people know when the ticket is not available at the price shown.”

“I booked a-flight with less price even thou i saw it in another website but next day they said your flight is not confirmed prices have increased i Initially paid 260 each for 3 tickets next day they asked me 356 i said i wont give but they reduced the price but still i ended up paying 300 each for the ticket we are students we expect reliable website but this is not i thought of refereeing to my classmates but this one has upset me a lot”

“Unable to check in electronically due to third party purchase. Addtionally, I paid extra to make a seat selection but upon check in at the counter I discovered I was given another seat which was a middle seat. Took my money and didn't deliver services expected.”

“The price was listed at $208 but by the time my carry on fee both ways and seat each way and taxes were added on, I am paying a little over $400. I found that disappointing when I thought I had found a good price. It kept growing bigger and bigger. An agent called me to resolve my displeasure - she gave me $50 back and also a $25 dollar voucher for future flights. I am now a happy customer.”
