“Scam, would never book again even if significantly cheaper Absolutely terrible. Booked flights online and was not given my airline reference number. I had to call their support line (which a real person picked up very quickly). When I called they told me the flight I had booked was actually sold out (which wasn’t true) and then proceeded to come at me with a string of offers starting with a different flight with a long layover. Then I was told I would need to spend an additional 40 dollars, then an additional 10. Each time I declined and asked to be refunded if they were not going to honor what was on my receipt. Each time I was put on hold. Eventually they told me they actually could give me the FLIGHTS I BOOKED at the price I BOOKED THEM AT. Clearly a scam to try and bait you at one price and then switch on the unsuspecting person.”

“HI, 1. The price noted on your website is not the true price. That felt like false marketing as you advertise prices that are not confirmed by the flight company. 2. You do not accept foreign credit cards and this was not advertised in the beginning so my purchase could not go through even though it was from one of the biggest banks in Sweden buying something from a Swedish company (SAS), which is even more strange that you do not accept it. Then I got an email that I should FAX in the form! Who owns a fax? I hardly could access a printer with a form that could not be filled in. Then luckily I got a new email to send a photo of the credit card and ID. 3. The credit card and ID were never clearly accepted so I never knew if I had the ticket or not. 4. While waiting for the card to be accepted the price increased by 120 dollars within just minutes because you could not confirm my card, which just felt like your whole business idea was like a fraud. 5. I never received an official confirmation number from SAS so I could check in, again it felt like never really had a ticket, so I just prayed that I had it and hoped for the best. Please, learn from https://www.nngroup.com/ or how Apple does it, https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/ they were even better in the old days though. “The prices are good but being told when i called it was a standby price was bad. when called i was given a different price then what was on the website. i ordered from the website and received the advertised price. more info should be on website such as how much baggage cost if added also i was in need of a wheelchair, no info on that untill i called, still waiting.”

“They are VERY misleading. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are rude, and can be downright NASTY. For a representative to tell me that I booked a very cheap flight, so what do I expect .... ???? Plus of course they are India based so communication is difficult at it's best. Basically tell you, you're on your own.”

“Had to call customer service to see if my seat I tried selecting when I purchased my ticket went through because it didnt indicate that when I was finished. Joshua was super helpful, got the seat I had requested, and at no extra charge. Great customer service experience, thanks again Joshua!”
