“I bought 2 tickets online for a lower fare, but when they were completing the transaction they said the price increased and charged me another $90.00/ ticket. I had no other options so I had to pay the additional costs. If I would have went with a different site originally I would have paid $100.00 dollars less. The flights were delayed and we ended up renting a vehicle at our layover because the plane had so many mechanical issues that they had to bring in the FFA.”

“There has been a lot of changes in the travel industry off late. With the basic economy and other changes the fare changes has became a trend. This agency though did put in their perspective clearly enough for us to understand their perspective. Ultimately, if the fare changes we have to put in more amount but that's on the airline not them. I appreciate them being honest about the situation, keeping me informed and doing whatever they can to resolve the matter.”

“The fares start out good but they fail to mention up front that you will have to pay for a seat on each flight as an additional cost. That’s why they don’t end up being cheap flights. I found that deceptive. I was contacted by Marcellous with Cheap Flights and he was very nice and helpful. He explained how the seats were set up and I had actually misunderstood the process. I was given a discount and a one year flight credit. I’m a very 5 star satisfied customer now.”

“The process was some what easy. First time purchasing this way so I have to admit, I was taken aback with the option to pick your seat for an "extra cost" and not to mention you have to pay both ways for your luggage 76.00 each way which i almost missed and had to go back to figure out how I missed it to then add it. I honestly feel that the luggage really should be considered with the "round trip ticket" for atleast one luggage. If you're taking more then one then charge. Thanks for asking!”
