“The price of the flight was great. But then came the charges if you wanted an assigned seat; $ 220.00 per seat in THE BACK OF THE PLANE! I’ve never heard of anything so crazy and ridiculous. We’re flying on the same airline to Europe and the seat charge was $35.00.”

“It’s very poor, rude, unprofessional support. The flight price is not what I was expecting and I was tricked for almost 100 or more dollars. I called to ask to match my price I found on another site but instead was tricked for more money. Terrible service. I used your service before but now it’s downgraded a lot.”

“I was so disappointed in how this company did business. After charging my credit card they email me that they cannot do the tickets for that price. It would take three or four billing cycles to refund our money. We were in an emergency situation. They took advantage of that. We had no choice but to spend the extra 400.00 dollars.”

“This is the first time I've ever used this site, and it was very accommodating to all my needs. There were a few details that needed pricing clarification, and the customer service reps were more than willing to go out of their way to meet my demands. I will use this site again.”
