“i was offered a price for a round trip flight, then i was told shortly after i confirmed my purchase that the flight was magically no longer available for the price i bought it for and i had to pay more for it. the person on the phone who helped me insisted on reading a script to me over and over instead of just answering my questions. it was frustrating and i was annoyed that my experience involved being told i had to spend more money and took 15 minutes of trying to get the agent to just tell me what was going on. i will not use this site again.”

“I got a rather good fare but the booking experience was offputting. I booked online and thought I was good to go, the email said my flight was confirmed. Then 10 minutes later I got a call from a caller who said that I was not confirmed and that I had to give him information so that he could rebook my flight. I expressed my misgivings and he talked over my questions. I asked for quiet, repeatedly, and he kept stopping and refused to listen to me. So I hung up and tried calling the contact number. I got through, talked to someone, he said he was going to get some more information and then he hung up on me. I called again, got someone who said that I was taken care of and the phone rang while we were talking. I hung up after talking to that person and the voice message said that I did not have a confirmed flight, despite what the previous person had said. Then I called again and the next person said I did in fact have a flight. That was strange.”

“I had a very horrible experience with your chief Flights fairs. I bought airline ticket as well as baggage fares, but when I checked with the airline, there are no bag fee . As a result I had to pay for baggage again at airport through the airline a second time. This caused lot of confusion as well as delay.”

“The price of the flight was great. But then came the charges if you wanted an assigned seat; $ 220.00 per seat in THE BACK OF THE PLANE! I’ve never heard of anything so crazy and ridiculous. We’re flying on the same airline to Europe and the seat charge was $35.00.”

“It’s very poor, rude, unprofessional support. The flight price is not what I was expecting and I was tricked for almost 100 or more dollars. I called to ask to match my price I found on another site but instead was tricked for more money. Terrible service. I used your service before but now it’s downgraded a lot.”

“I was so disappointed in how this company did business. After charging my credit card they email me that they cannot do the tickets for that price. It would take three or four billing cycles to refund our money. We were in an emergency situation. They took advantage of that. We had no choice but to spend the extra 400.00 dollars.”
