“Terrible poor customer service I need my money back or free flight n pain takin forever too take me too my flight I missed one cause they took me off last n I waited 3 hours before getting my suit case n didn’t get home till 2:30 I got off da flight at 10-11 dats terrible at all never again wit America airlines I can really sue”
