“We were stranded in Denver along with thousands of other people. I kept trying to find a flight home on several airlines websites- but kept getting kicked off. I went to cheap flight fares and was able to book one with no problem. Price was reasonable. Only issue was confirmation email took about 45 min . I was worried we were going to lose our seats on the plane. I contacted customer service and they were very professional and reassuring. The confirmation # we were given in the email was not the correct #. Had to go to United counter to get correct one to be able to check in for flight.”

“after i paid through them, they asked me for extra $90 to confirm the ticket. I confirmed that, but then they charged $130 in my credit card. After that, when I logged in to the airlines, i also did not see the carry-on bag for which I paid extra.”

“Seating may not be available shortly after purchase but they won’t charge you the extra. Great follow up afterwards, however internal communication needs a little bit of improvement since I spoke to a rep the first day, then the second day they called yet again about the same issue (no seats selected available).”

“Costumer Service tried to increase the price over the phone once i called since my card was declined. When I said that i didn’t want to pay (because they tried to charge me 600 when in reality everything cost 400 in total) they backed out. I’ll never use your website again”

“After having a terrible experience with two service reps...Who assured me that a manager would call me back? and having waited for two weeks (no one ever called back)..... Today I called back and got Alan! He resolved my issue in a couple of minutes! WTF.... In short, Alan was GREAT!!”
