“Really I received a bad service because I called to change a surname on one passenger and they changed the surname and all my flight the mean is they send to me a new email with a new flight time and different destination and they don’t send to me a new confirmation flight. It’s unacceptable this.”

“Change all my flights horrible, I was flying in and out on frontier in a Friday at Houston IAH not hobby. I have a screen shot of this. I get two weeks before my flight I was call by 3 different people to change my flight. To Thursday evening from hobby a Airport 45 minutes away from were I live, $56 on a lyft. I said ok that's fine. Get a call 2 days later can I take a earlier flight at hobby at 11 a.m. Then change my flight back with frontier to spirit at IAH. I don't really like spirit airline for so many reasons. Tired talking people to resolve things they were rude and very sarcastic. Telling to call the airlines, there unable to help me with that. Never again...”

“Your Call Representative Daisy was nice, and she answered all my questions. However, sudden changes with the Flight price in less than 24hours reservation is not good when it says in your website that the Price within 24hrs resevation is a guarantee.”

“It was very easy to book a flight. The only downside is within 12 hours. We had to change it the date and it cost extra $186. That’s ridiculous but other than that it was good.”
