“Got to the airport & my reservation could not be found! I had my receipt so they reluctantly booked me on the flight from Hell on the next day. Never will use your service or this airline again. Please do not contact me for any reason at all EVER again!!!”

“Airfares are reasonable however, when contacting customer serv to DELETE a charge, it STILL appears on the subsequent confirmation email.”

“It was hard to navigate when I found out the ages for adult tickets and had to change the number of adult/children passengers. It wouldn't save the information and I had to re-input several times.”

“Spoke with dispute resolution this am. Refunded $25 ticketing fee per person and offered coupon for $50 off next flight. Professional of them to reach out to dissatisfied customers. Could have rebooked flight on line for roughly $400 on line per person. Cost for covid and required rebooking thru cheap flights $750 per person.”

“Online is fast and easy. When i called to help me get my tickets i was disconnected twice. I think the first thing they should ask is the phone # who they are talking to and to let them know in case they get disconnected they can always call them back. The 2nd time i called asked me same questions what the first one asked me. Very frustrating then after asking same thing happened o got disconnected”

“Cheap Flights was not cheap at all, in fact, they up-charged for all services. They were not very helpful and customer service was difficult to understand and not very forthcoming with answers to important questions. They actually made flying for senior citizens who haven't flown in 2 years, the hardest thing to do in the hardest of situations regarding flying in general”

“I booked a round trip flight and I found a misspelling in my name one hour later. I called customer service to fix it. Representative said I have to cancel and rebook the flight but I have to pay $290. I did then I got an email saying policy that included free refund within 24 hours.”

“I purchased a flight through this app and after submitting my payment, charges for carry-on and checked baggage were added to my total. I called customer service directly after submitting my payment to correct it and the agent (Allan, who was of Indian descent) was rude and did not want to listen to my side of the story. He said the offer that I selected was no longer available and he could not refund me the amount for the baggage. Then why was the offer still being advertised? After I threatened to write a bad review, he took off the added charges but charged me an extra $10 for the ticket that I purchased. I will never use this app again! The non-refundable clause that is in fine print is a gateway for them to rip you off!”

“I accidentally booked a flight for ends of next month instead of this month ? I cancelled the flight as soon as I realized that within a hours later and I don't get the refund yet spend tow days already ! Is it official website or scam!! “Johnny, a very proficient Customer Service representative in making magical flight reservations assisted us with very pleasant, professional, and very accurate service in booking our flight from Oklahoma City to Colorado Springs, Colorado.
