“They got us a reasonable flight for a last minute trip because of a death in the family. We booked with Spirit Airlines. The Cheap Flights had us choose seats which Spirit makes you pay for. When we checked into our flight the day before, Spirit wanted us to pick seats again and pay for again. These companies need to communicate with each other better. When I got to the gate, I told them I already chose seats and paid for them. I wasn't going to pay for them again.”

“The prices do not change fast. I mean, in my experience it was a good deal because I booked later than my friends going to the same destination but the price was fairly the same.”

“The prices are good but being told when i called it was a standby price was bad. when called i was given a different price then what was on the website. i ordered from the website and received the advertised price. more info should be on website such as how much baggage cost if added also i was in need of a wheelchair, no info on that untill i called, still waiting.”

“Had to call customer service to see if my seat I tried selecting when I purchased my ticket went through because it didnt indicate that when I was finished. Joshua was super helpful, got the seat I had requested, and at no extra charge. Great customer service experience, thanks again Joshua!”

“Once my payment went through, it would have been nice to get an official email receipt. Since my company is paying for my flight it makes it easy to then share it with them.”

““cancel in 24 hours” only applies to certain airlines. Not readily apparent. We received a nice call from Cheap Flights Fares customer support and were able to come to a satisfactory resolution”

“I was not happy with the fact that my last name was misspelled and my wife's last name was spelled correctly. The letter P is not even close to the other letters needed to spell my last name!! And you charged me $75 to get it corrected!!”
