“A good price was posted, I made the reservation, than I received a email. When I called was told that price wasn't available. A new reservation was made with a higher price.”

“Despite the recent negative reviews, I decided to give them try. Booked a business class flight to Mnl from JFK. Got a confirmation email right away saying that my flight is confirmed pending payment verification and e-ticket issuance. Didnt hear back from them for 24 hours so I decided to follow up via chat. The agent said there was a delay on the airline side which I found hard to believe so I asked him to contact the airline to expedite the process because I saw my CC was already charged. He asked for 24 hours more and I said no way. I said I would give him a few hours more or I would cancel the ticket. Literally 2 minutes later my e-ticket was confirmed. So Im guessing they were waiting for the prices to go down before they confirm the ticket. 4 stars because they got me the ticket at the discounted price. Didnt like the $16 for the seat selection fee. But it was still much cheaper then the competition.”

“It is good to purchase the round-trip ticket to Incheon-Seoul at the lowest price among several sites, but my flight reservation has not been recorded at Korean Air's reservation site, so I cannot assign my seat so far. It is inconvenient compared with other sites that ask for my Korean Air membership number and directly inform Korean Air of it.”
