“They have competitive fares that are some of the lowest. I did get taken aback about having to send credit card verification after my card was already charged. Their process is not as streamline as some other sites.”

“I was happy with your agents; their help in organizing my trip with a sister; and would probably use your agency again for short notice travel. One area I feel could be improved, in comparison with airline booking, would be to seat clients travelling together next to one another without an additional fee. Of course, our travel was totally unexpected due to our Mother suffering a massive stroke, which caused each one of us to lose work income. Thus the reason we needed discount fares.”

“I was cooking my flight on the site and when I went to complete it, it did an error. I called to make sure that I wasn’t billed for it which I wasn’t. I was informed that the site timed out. The time out should not be that short as there’s a lot of information That needs to be inputted such as credit card, etc. It was stressful having to call and make sure I wasn’t being double billed for a flight.”

“I just booked Newark EWR to Vancouver YVR with you. It was an amazing deal with Porter Air. Either the site did not tell me, or I somehow missed it, but this required an impossible change of airports in Toronto from Billy Bishop to Pearson. Same airline, two airports and no easy way to get between them. To be safe, one would need at least five hours between flights to manage that. Prisjan kindly helped me find a solution, more money and an extra day, but still not bad. I suggest somehow modifying your algorithm with regard to Porter.”
