“Eventhough the fare is way expensive, you cannot change or adjust your traveling date if the need arises. A customer service here was asking for a fee almost half of the fare just to make a change. A total ripoff, while others like travelhub, priceline, and others does make changes in your itinerary for free. ..no fee charge”

“Paid for seats, American airlines didn't recognize. Had to straighten out issue at the gate. American handled issue, but was unable to get seat for 2nd leg of flight. Wanted exit aisle for more leg room, seat assigned was not exit aisle.”

“Got an email with an issue about payment, turned out the fare had risen with 150 dollars over night. No explanation, way more expansive than booking through the airline. Would not reccomend.”

“They quoted a fare that I booked and then called me back several hours later and explained some garbage story about not being able to get that fare price from airline because of constantly changing prices. So, they needed $96 more to book the flight. It’s total nonsense. When I called Spirit airlines to verify the booking, I got a price directly from the airline that was $100 less than the price from CheapFlightFares.”

“Not good. I called to ask a question and found out that my co-traveler was not on the reservation. Another call revealed that after they added the co- traveler, they didn't add her carry on. The co-traveler and carry on were paid for at booking. On another phone call, I was booked with a checked bag instead of the paid for carry on. When I got to the airport, I was told that if I wanted carry on instead of checked, it was cost me another $30. Very stressful situation.”

“after i made my purchase, I got a phone call from the company telling me they sold me a ticket that wasn’t actually available but i could pay $300 more dollars for an upgraded seat on the same flight! After a lot of frustrating discussion they agreed to give me the upgraded seat at no extra cost because it was their error. Then when they sent me my new ticket it was exactly the same as my original ticket! Seems like incompetence at the very least if not an outright scam.”
