“Earlier today, I wrote a poor review of cheap flights for charging extra when we wanted to book our seats . I'm becoming more aware of the way airlines, and the sites that support them are charging for incidentals on top of advertised fares. Well, much to my surprise, within a few hours, I got a response from cheap flights to address what I had written. The gentleman, while explaining the situation, was sympathetic to my issues, and did all in his power to refund us for most of the additional cost. I have to commend cheap flights for their prompt and courteous action on our behalf.”

“I booked a flight with Cheap Flight and when I didn’t get a confirmation from the airline two days later I called and was told Cheap Flight never booked it with the airline. Good thing I didn’t wait to confirm closer to my flight. Will never use Cheap Flight again.”

“It took around 6-8 hours to confirm and send the eticket. If anyone is paying from outside of USA, then will have to use physical card, and not a digital card. I received an email which asked me to fill in a form with complete card details, including CVV, ignore it.”

“So far not good as after I purchased my ticket I got an email about 6 hours saying that my status was on hold and needed to call and then was told I would have to pay $100 more dollars to stay on the same flight or I would have to switch. That was not an option as I am on the flight with someone else and it would have screwed up everything. So I had to pay the extra $100….got a call within the hour of this post and Marcelles called me, apologized, explained some things and then refunded me $50. Changed my whole attitude about the situation. Glad to see companies are still listening and doing what they can to make the situation better!”
