“I have had 2 bad experiences with this page. the 2 similar ones in which I buy a ticket, I put the credit card and the purchase is made. then I get an email at dawn (the time when I'm logically sleeping) in which it tells me that they want a photo of my credit/debit card to make the purchase (I don't understand under what logic since the card happened at the time of buy online) and the worst thing that says that if it is not answered in 2 hours, the rates may vary.! By God if I'm sleeping at that time. When I call customer service, they tell me that the ticket has gone up and it will cost me $140 more, absurd. after alleging that what they are doing is illogical. and discuss it I managed to keep the price but very exhausting way to buy a fligth ticket”

“I am not happy with the Cheap Flight fares. There is too much confusion special on baggage information and when I called Cheaper Flight Fares it took me a long period and all agents tried to take advantage customer. I made a booking online and spoke with agents just have one question about the baggage charge 61 $ is not fair. Monavar Motia My booking number is 82198148 Thank you”

“Worst airline They make you pay 60$ for the small bag as well which will go to the up head cabin. It was not like this before and I didn’t even see other flights doing that. Will not recommend this airline to anyone.💯”

“I bought my tickets online with premium economy and call to male change on the date 30 min later the rep change my ticket to economy without telling at the same rate with premium economy. He was very decibi g because he told me he didn't change anything on my ticket ans it was not true”

“After initial booking with 6 hrs layover, Cheap Flights Fares updated booking with a better flight with Delta with 1.5 hrs layover for the same price. The communication was good and was informed in timely manner both via phone and email about the update. Their customer agents on call were courteous and quickly resolved a billing issue. Will use their services again.”
