“I had to pay hundred some extra dollars because within 24 hour time had change flight. I feel that wrong. Says 24 hour grace period. My son is sick and don't know if he's gonna make it much longer and I need fly out to him. And 660 bucks crazy . Hardship to say least”

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Extortion artists. I wanted to refund my booking, which was within the 24 hour window, and was told I couldn’t. After 10 minutes of explanations I was placed on hold, which was then disconnected. I called back to tell them I’d keep the booking and was told a refund was initiated which was shocking since three minutes before I was told it couldn’t happen. I decided to keep the booking and stop the refund process since our son was on that flight and was told that they couldn’t stop the refund, but for an additional $183.90 I could get back on the flight. So essentially they stopped the refund process and charged an additional $183.90 for me to get the same booking back. I DO NOT recommend this third party company.”

“The agent who helped me change my outgoing flight changed my return flight to a different city without confirming. I had to call and change it back. I am disappointed in this service.”

“I booked a flight only to find out later, when I checked in at the airport that I had to pay an additional $45 for a Mexican tourist tax fee. When I booked the booking assumed that I had a Mexican passport. Other travel agencies had a higher price for the ticket because they included that tax fee upfront. This company did not.”

“I have had 2 bad experiences with this page. the 2 similar ones in which I buy a ticket, I put the credit card and the purchase is made. then I get an email at dawn (the time when I'm logically sleeping) in which it tells me that they want a photo of my credit/debit card to make the purchase (I don't understand under what logic since the card happened at the time of buy online) and the worst thing that says that if it is not answered in 2 hours, the rates may vary.! By God if I'm sleeping at that time. When I call customer service, they tell me that the ticket has gone up and it will cost me $140 more, absurd. after alleging that what they are doing is illogical. and discuss it I managed to keep the price but very exhausting way to buy a fligth ticket”
