“I booked a flight with American Express card, which I am in very good standing with, for a decent price. It was declined. Gabriel said they except American Express, American Express’s Notes said they do not except it. I had to pay a higher price with a different card due to the time lapse.”

“Really disappointed with the service were we tested positive for Covid and they can’t even wave the cancellation fee or refund our ticket. They gave us vouchers for it but still had to pay $35 extra for cancellation which is out of our control when you get Covid! They need to change that policy”

“Call yesterday and the employee didn't want to let me talk and was very AGGRESSIVE answer the questions. Called back and spoke with a supervisor very nice and assisted me. THANK YOU.”

“While most travel booking companies give you 24 hours to cancel and receive full refund, Cheap Flight Fares states in small print that a penalty fee ($100) is issued by even if the cancellation is done within 24 hours. I will never use this booking company again and I will warn all my friends and family, making sure they never use this company.”

“Yes I did purchase a ticket and it was my mistake to choose a frontier airlines Witch’s second time doing it like before always late and got charged over for luggage which cheap flights didn’t give me an option to purchase a bag and the end once we arrive we have wait at least half an hour to the gate to get in.also another wait time for the luggage to come.”
