“Within 15 minutes of my booking, I got a notice that my credit card was not accepted. I called immediately and provided correct information and Cheapflightsfares agent told me the flight had increased by almost 100 dollars. I agree to pay the increase fee to secure the flights then received an email that they offer a "Price Match Guarantee" within 24 hours. I found the same flights for a total of almost 200 cheaper. I called back and spoke with Agent #1 who told me that is true (even though I have the text message) and left me on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called back to speak with another agent. She said they couldn't match the guarantee - even though I had it in writing - but would provide a 50 credit for the increased cost. I told her to apply that and I would call someone to address the text. She said I would see the credit in an hour. I asked her to email as well. I never received the email or credit. I tried calling a 3rd and 4th time in my "24 hour window for price match" and left 2 messages. No return call. I would not recommend using this site.”

“This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My card was charged twice for the same flight when the rep said it wasn’t. I just canceled and I was told I can be refunded until 3 days. I ended up missing a funeral because this site depleted my funds! I’m very stressed and irritated!!!”

“Charged me an additional 1500 to put me one a new flight when mine left early. Then put me on “the next one out by 1 hour, but didn’t bother to tell me it was already delayed 4 hours and I would get re-routed with a 9 hour layover. My entire weekend was ruined due to trying to travel!”

“Took almost 72 hours too get my tickets. Had to call them at least 6 times have them push it through. Try changing my flight 3 times. It was super unprofessional. Would not recommend using this company for anything. All they'll do is give you the run around and try to charge you more.”

“I called back for more one way tickets. Your customer rep was not honest with me. Said tickets were higher than I was quoted due to the plane almost full. Told him no contacted SW Airlines purchased the tickets even a little less than what I purchased from you!! I reported what happened to the airline.”

“Deceptive and outrageous, i selected a 6hr flight and it went from a 6 hr flight to an 18 hr flight in my confirmation , the arrival time was switched from 9:35 pm to 9:35am ..... then while trying to cancel i was told no refund....i said unacceptable and they went to $145 refund, i said no and they went to $175 ... every time they made an offer they said it was an " exception " for me . I decided to go to PayPal and they gave me a 100% refund. Their offers were below 50% . Never again will i use them or any of these cheap travel sites .”
