“Did not issue eticket as promised even though flight next day. Had to call to find out the problem at least 3 times before they issued eticket for a flight that was leaving in 6 hrs. Never use them again”

“Please do NOT use this company Please do not use this company! If you go to BBB you will see they have a 1.8 star rating. The reviews on here are mainly fake, which is stated on the BBB website. Please read the reviews on BBB, there is A LOT of fraudulent activity involving this company!!!! They have scammed so many people including me. They lie and say the charges are from the airline company, after speaking with the airline company I found this was not true. They deceiving list the charge as the airline company, instead of the actual company charging you. They completely ignore you and speak over you when you talk. I have put in claims with my bank and the BBB. I suggest you do the same if you have had similar issues. A supervisor named Oscar told me to “shut my mouth and listen” This company cancelled my ticket after accusing them of being fraudulent and kept my money. They have contacted me multiple times. The only conversation they will have with me is an ultimatum. Although they agree I should get a refund from wrongly canceling my ticket, they will only do so if I drop disputes and take down my reviews. I decided to have the BBB and my bank handle this. This company has a huge lack of morals.”

“Without going into all of the details, I ended up paying over $1800 for a flight I could have gotten on Expedia for under $375. And, I am not going to rest easy until I actually use my e-ticket on 8/15/21 - hopefully this CheapFlights ticket is not bogus. Please do not use this company!”

“This is not a legitimate business. None of the customer service numbers work (740)233-0140 is disconnected, (855)983-4672 voicemail box full not able to leave a message. Contact us link does not work and the website link goes to GoDaddy. Not able to cancel or get a refund. Do not use this website: Cheapflightfares. Email receipt lists company as TravelNTickets also illegitimate and no customer service. Total scam. Will not refund $2598.02 for three reservations: 798073,799062,799080. How can you reach them to change a reservation or cancel the purchase when there is no customer service number that works? Investigate Cheapflightsfares and TravelNtickets so no one else is scammed and ripped off.”

“Avoid this company like the Black Plague!!! I booked my airline tickets for my family of five for March 2021, accidentally on the wrong date. I called to correct the date and was told if I wanted an evening flight like I previously booked then the cost would be an additional $200 per person or I can take an early flight no additional charge. I checked the airline I was supposed to fly with and the status of my flight said cancelled. I called the next morning to make sure it really was cancelled and was told it wasn’t and was given a bogus flight confirmation number for said airline. I told Max Wilson that I would have my husband call because I was confused, after I got bombarded with calls and a email from Max Wilson. I got fed up and decided to call without waiting on my husband, couldn’t reach Max Wilson and rebooked with Foster. The flight was booked on the wrong day yet again after being lied to about the booking day and arrival to the destination along with the price which was double then the amount I agreed to. I called to cancel because I was just fed up with the process and was told I would be called back in the morning. 6:00am rolls around and I got a call which I ignored because I was still sleeping. When they called again I handed the phone to my husband and they would not take no for an answer until my husband said no to cancel for the 50th time. This happened within a span of a few days due to a small error on the departure date. The hassel and lies shouldn’t have happened at all. To make matters worst I was called by Foster claiming he was correct on the date and upfront about the price which is a huge lie. Total nightmare and if I can stop the nightmare from happening to someone else with dealing with this company then that’s all that matters. Save yourself a headache and go with another flight booking company.”

“Beware! Cheapflightsfares is misnamed It should be CHEAT_flightsfares. If you’re thinking of buying tickets with them, do yourself a favor and just DON’T! Do NOT be misled by the unverified glib positive reviews, but read the negative ones if you want to find out how this Company really does business. Check out the Cleveland Better Business Bureau rating for this company … a solid “F”. BBB has issued 2 consumer Alerts about this Company. You’ll also see that Cheapflightsfares’ Cleveland office location is not where they sell from--they have exactly 1 part-time employee there. Everyone you’ll talk to is at the call center in New Delhi, India. (But if you ask, they’ll tell you they’re in Cleveland.) They conned us. We bought tickets through them and needed to reschedule for documented medical reasons. They said our tickets couldn’t be changed but we could get a refund for them if we bought a second set. That was on November 5, 2018. May 10, 2019 we finally got the balance of our refund, after more hours than anyone would ever want to spend on the problem It dribbled in to us in 3 installments over 6 ½ months, each wrapped in a new package of deception. When we tore open the envelope to see the elusive final installment, we felt like we were gazing at a unicorn. They passed us around among a total of at least 12 different names. A favorite trick is to say the matter is assigned to one manager and then make it impossible for you to reach him. If you finally do, he says he knows nothing about the case and needs to check the facts … including previously undisclosed RECORDINGS of your conversations with his agents. If you keep pursuing him, he may eventually tell you he’s making a down payment on the refund and will try to get you more, but of course the down payment never arrives. So what did eventually work for us? If you’re having problems with Cheaplightfares, don’t bother dealing with the agents or “managers.” Promptly file online complaints with the Ohio Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Office and the US Federal Trade Commission. Make your complaints factual and detailed. We ultimately succeeded only by getting law enforcement help. Good luck. Don’t give up. Don’t bargain with them, accepting just a portion of your refund in return for deleting a negative review. Basically, don’t believe a thing anyone at the Company may tell you, and make sure to post your own truthful review to help others avoid CHEAT_flightsfares.”
