“Really you ask for a bad moment for ask a review. For some error one of yours employs s or a system , take. A DOUBLE AMOUNT OF MY TKTS , as my Chase bank adviseme Immediately I contact you ask for a immediately return of one - both for 632 $ are DUPLICATE, they let s me know was a error and will be return to my Credit card. , but UNTIL NOW More of 24 hours later you didn t. I can not understand why you raked your money immediately but not return immediately too. Your employs let s me know you will return a not correctly take amount, but nothing coming yet. . Please take care and solve now this not fair error. I need my money back.🙏 Sincerely Elida / Clyde Moore”

“I will never use you again I made a mistake on the date so I called back in within the 24 hour period to change the flight date to the 20th of October instead of the 19th and he told me no problem I can change it for you your a Senior Citizen right sir yes I am he aside no problem then he said it won’t cost you anymore. Then he stated oh it’s going to cost you 212.00 more for the change. Because the fare went up. I thought you just told me about this and then said I have to re add on the baggage I said okay the fare went from 515.72 to over 718.00 very dissappointed will never use you again when I could have gone with Southwest for a lot cheaper.”

“I booked a flight with American Express card, which I am in very good standing with, for a decent price. It was declined. Gabriel said they except American Express, American Express’s Notes said they do not except it. I had to pay a higher price with a different card due to the time lapse.”

“Really disappointed with the service were we tested positive for Covid and they can’t even wave the cancellation fee or refund our ticket. They gave us vouchers for it but still had to pay $35 extra for cancellation which is out of our control when you get Covid! They need to change that policy”

“While most travel booking companies give you 24 hours to cancel and receive full refund, Cheap Flight Fares states in small print that a penalty fee ($100) is issued by even if the cancellation is done within 24 hours. I will never use this booking company again and I will warn all my friends and family, making sure they never use this company.”

“Yes I did purchase a ticket and it was my mistake to choose a frontier airlines Witch’s second time doing it like before always late and got charged over for luggage which cheap flights didn’t give me an option to purchase a bag and the end once we arrive we have wait at least half an hour to the gate to get in.also another wait time for the luggage to come.”
