“Tried to cancel this flight way before cancellation time requirement but was not allowed per your agent Tristan Green. He provided a voucher for future flights. 8/30/24: Spoke with Marcellos for assistance. He will process the credit to my credit card and resolve the issue. Lauren Smith was not available who was agent previously assisted. Thank you for your assistance. Submitted by Teresita Oliver who purchased the ticket for Romel Jakosalem.”
