“Immediately after booking the flight, I noticed the first name was incorrect, so I called to have the error corrected. Evidently it was quite a hassle of a request due to airline regulations. I spoke with a man named Lucky who was more than helpful and spent over an hour with me on the phone getting the error corrected. Lucky is to be commended for his excellent customer service. I will definitely use your site again when making flight arrangements.”

“I booked the ticket online, but need to speak to an agent regarding routing. It is very easy to access agents. The agent I spoke to (Dixon) was very efficient and courteous. Got me the ticket I want in business class at very reasonable prices. He also told me I have 24 hours to think things over gave me a number I can reach him. Subsequently, I also spoke with other agents and they are all very helpful. She tried to look up alternative routing and dates for me for a good price. Very satisfied.”
