“Pretty easy website to use. I would like to have been directed to a place to choose my seats though. I went to the airlines website and was able to do that.”

“Not a fan of their tactics. Booked a flight with them and they immediate called me saying the flight didn’t have the rate that THEY advertised and they would “need to charge me more money to guarantee the seats”. I agreed to the rate hike (more than 100$ per ticket on an international flight). Now I got an email that I would NEED to pay for seat reservations. I don’t feel like their run around is worth the maybe 50$ I am “saving” per ticket.”

“my flight was not confirmed after a month and I was offered a substitute flight worth $600 and I had paid over $4000. After I refused this substitute my original flight was confirmed.”

“I had an agent called me after I paid all fees and ticket because the Taxes weren’t supposedly paid when I purchased the tickets. So I had to pay an extra $100 after I had already paid. That’s not fair business, I bought the tickets due to the price, if I would of known it was $100 extra, I could of bought tickets with a different airline. No longer will use this website.”

“I got the bait and switch service. I purchased an airfare that included a carry-on bag and was told after the fact, the service I purchased was no longer available. To be fair, I had seen that same fare on other sites witout the carry-on option which is why I went Cheap Flights Fares to begin with, then they did not honor what was promised. It ended up costing me an additional $70 to check my bag. I will not use this service provider again.”

“Booked a one-way ICN-LAX business class flight on Japan Airlines with Cheapflightsfares online, as they offered the best price compared to everyone else (including the airline) listed on Kayak. Booking was painless and straightforward. I did receive a phone call from Cheapflightsfares offering an alternative flight/airline with a slightly better routing at the same class and fare, which I declined and that was it. No pressure or upsells. Flight was ticketed a few hours later. I have not needed to make any changes or cancellations to the flight so I cannot speak on the this aspect of CFF's customer service, but everything else went smoothly and painlessly. I would use this service again.”

“I am wondering why my credit card was charged a certain amount to Allegiant and a separate amount to cheap flights? I thought that you didn't charge for your services 🤔”
