“I thought Cheap Flights Fares would be a good deal - turns out that they were not able to secure the seats that I had requested on the website, because the airline wanted to charge more more for upgrading the seat even when I had selected a free $0 seat. An agent from Cheap Flights Fares called my cell phone to communicate this and I had to wait 10+ min on hold for them to finish booking the flight, plus pay an extra premium price from the airline for the seats. The seats that were assigned were not the original seats that I had selected on the flight, and the agent was even bold enough to suggest switching to a redeye or 6am flight. Overall this flight booking experience was terrible, very stressful and I will never use this website again to book flights. They charge a premium price over the base flight cost on the airline website and the experience of going through this agent's phone call was very complicated. Update: the company called me and offered a partial refund of the additional fees and future flight credit to reflect an adjustment for my customer experience.”

“This is a bait~and-switch operation. I booked a business class flight on their website yesterday. They told me the next day that the airline couldn’t confirm the seat I ordered, and then they tried to sell me different tickets over $1,000 more. Meanwhile, the price I had yesterday was still available on their website for similar flights, which they would not offer on the phone. So you cannot trust the prices on their website, as they just used that price to get me hooked and then tried to change the sale. Unethical.”

“My flight got cancelled twice. But it was happing when I was putting into “wallet”. I stopped doing that. Got confirmation and printed boarding pass at airport. Everything great after that.”
