“I called to cancel my flight and spoke with a guy named Jackson. Jackson was a perfect and excellent representation of what I wanted to do. He was very calm and addressed all my concerns. Even when we got to a point where I needed to drop the call and call back, he promised he would call back, and true to his word, he did. If you are looking for trusted and reliable services, look no further than Cheapflightsfares. Jackson is a customer service-centered person and should be promoted for his quality service.”

“The booking was easy but the process has a lot of ad on fees. That end up adding about $100. Then the bad part. I had to cancel my flight substantially under 24 hours later. I had read all of the rules before booking when I tried to cancel the agent made several excuses why I could not get a refund. I actually had to read the cancellation clause to him. Then he put me on hold to talk to his supervisor came back with a modified rendition of the policy. Finally after arguing I got an email with the refund amount in the email. These people outright lied and made up their refund policy. It’s my intention to report this to the attorney general for a review. You need to preserve the recording of that call.”

“I was pleased that I was called to resolve the minor issue that created an inconvenience in my travel schedule. The situation that was resolved was as follows: I chose my flight and bookedd a flight for a good rate and then 2 hours later I was called and informed that my airfare would cost more. Happy to see that they made amends and fairly addressed this situation refunding a portion of the fare.”

“Booking process was good, I did have a slight problem with my credit card company rejecting the payment but Cheap Flights made sure I knew it had happened and held everything in place until I could call the credit card and rectify the issue with them.”
