“I had a reservation made online and it hasn’t been respected , I had to spend one hour and a half on the phone and needed to talk to supervisor to have , not the flight and the date I was supposed to have but another one and I was charged twice on my credit card . So hopefully my flight will be on time and nothing will happen with the reservation . For now I’m not sure I would recommend your company . It depends how it will go this weekend The supervisor was helpful but I still had to be very clear about my deep deception of not respecting the reservation made online”

“Great customer support. I booked a flight with Cheapflightfares, but was unfortunately told afterwards that the price of my booking had increased and I therefore had to call them to find an alternative flight. They were very helpful in finding an alternative flight for me without any additional fees. Would have given them 5 stars if I could have avoided the hour on the phone with them. But suprisingly good and qualified support agents.”

“After booking the flight including seat assignments, I received my confirmation for the airline. I was extremely disappointed that I had to pay again to book my seat selection with the airline. I don't know why my seat selections were not included when your service passed the reservation to the airline but for a 6k booking I expected much more.”
