“Es la peor experiencia que he tenido con una agencia de viajes, me robaron mi dinero, me estafaron, pusieron unos cargos extra de “ taxes del aeropuerto “ el tipo que me atendió se reía de mí por el teléfono, son nefastos, por favor, Nooo usen este lugar para comprar, he estado al borde de un colapso por su culpa 😡😡”

“This was wonderful…. A lot cheaper than going to airlines….. had to book with 2 different airlines….. which I am not use to … but will be fine…. Especially for the money I saved…. Will definitely use again…. My son told me about this!”

“I had to order last minute one way tickets for my parents who were in different county. Cheap Flights called me after I order the tickets and were able to get me a quicker flight for the same price.”

“This review is premature. SO FAR you all (especially Zac) have been great. Very smooth and very customer firnedly. I am just nervous that the Boking number when used on British Airways gives a different routing. We are going LIS-LHR-EWR and the booking number on British Airways says LIS-CPH. I just hope all will be smooth at the airport when we hand the electronic ticket over to Britih Airways. If it is, you have made a regular cusotmer for life!”

“I was having such a hard time getting tickets through the airlines. I had the same hard time dealing directly with priceline. When I finally went to Cheap Flights, I had my tickets in minutes. Highly recommend!”

“To be honest, my experience with Cheap Flights Fares was not good and I don't think I would ever want to repeat it. It all started with me finding a really good deal and "booking" it. This means everything can change, which is critical when buying airline tickets. The next day they called and said that the booked flight was not available and offered another one, of course at a higher price. It is worth noting that choosing another flight over the phone is extremely inconvenient, especially if you are not flying alone, and especially if the person/people are not nearby during the conversation. I cancelled my booking. Soon they called me again and offered me a flight with a suitable time and price. I booked it, breathed a sigh of relief and... got a third call that the flight was unavailbale. Unbelievable! After a long and exhausting conversation, we reached the halfway and booked a third flight. The timing was not very good and the price was a bit high, but it was too late to back out, I had gone too far. The booking confirmation came quickly, and it was only then I discovered that it had been in US dollars all along, not in CAD dollars. Needless to say that the currency on their website is not obvious. As a result, it would be much easier and more profitable to use any other service on the very first day of searching for tickets. Okay, I just came to terms, BUT I will never use this service again and I certainly will never recommend it to any of my friends.”
