“Found such an amazing ticket here, especially compared to other sites I was actively checking. Not only was the price more than right, but the itinerary was ideal too; had to jump on it. Seemed like a done deal, and I felt so pleased. Then unfortunately, the purchase was blocked at the last second by a "helpful" security measure on the part of my credit card company. When I got their message I panicked for a sec, but thankfully, CFF got right in touch too, to let me know. They said they were still holding my itinerary but could I please contact my credit company. After that was all taken care of, I was so relieved and grateful to still have the same itinerary at the same price. Thanks CFF!”

“Not a fan of their tactics. Booked a flight with them and they immediate called me saying the flight didn’t have the rate that THEY advertised and they would “need to charge me more money to guarantee the seats”. I agreed to the rate hike (more than 100$ per ticket on an international flight). Now I got an email that I would NEED to pay for seat reservations. I don’t feel like their run around is worth the maybe 50$ I am “saving” per ticket.”
