“I love that when you call customer service you speak to a real person. I love that the person is friendly, cheerful and always fixes what I've messed up. My last call I was recovering from a cold and exhaustion. A couple of weeks later I recieved a box from Chewy that had a get-well card, a cup with the Chewy logo and a TAZO teabag. THANK YOU TO ALL CHEWY EMPLOYEES!!”

“Chewy.com is an AMAZING company. 4 years ago our Yellow Lab got cancer and had to have surgery on his paw. I needed an expensive medication to help him heal. Chewy was able to auto ship the medication to me at half of the price I was paying else ware. Even though the cancer was in remission for a few years, it finally took him away from us recently. The staff has been amazing all the way through this experience. Even this week when I called to cancel his auto ship medication and dog food orders, the compassion they showed for our loss was comforting. They even refunded my money for the unused bag of dog food that had just been delivered! I will be donating it to the animal shelter. I highly recommend Chewy for all your pet needs! Thank you Chewy for being there for our precious (four legged) family member.”

“I have been a Chewy customer for many years. Recently my dog passed away and I donated all of the remaining supplies to an animal sanctuary. I still had a thirty dollar bonus card which had not been used yet. Chewy not only refunded the money on my original purchase but was able to send supplies on my behalf to a sanctuary using the bonus card. I was also sent gorgeous flowers. They have gone above and beyond Thank you for your kindness Linda from Las Vegas”

“I recently had to put my 17-year-old cat to sleep. She was in Renal failure, and I no longer needed her special diet foods. When asked why I was sending back the food (they refunded me) I told them about my cat. They completely understood my pain. They even sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers! They are a caring company who take their customers' needs very seriously.”

“YOU REALLY WOWED ME TODAY! I really want to thank EVERYONE at CHEWY for going so incredibly above and beyond today! Let me start by saying I have worked in Customer Service my entire career! I had to put my 15 1/2 year old baby Bella down yesterday after a long wonderful life! I was working from home today, and the doorbell rang. I thought it was an Amazon order and I opened the door to receive flowers and a beautiful note from your amazing company. What an incredibly beautiful gesture this was! I have told everybody I possibly can about this, I can’t even tell you what this means to me! While I can’t think about another animal at this moment. If I ever do get another animal or if anybody ever asked me what company to use to get any pet products you can guarantee that I will highly recommend you guys for the rest of my life!”

“I have been a Chewy customer for over a year. My dear Dog Max had kidney disease. We thought we were winning that battle, but yesterday as my order was being delivered, we had to put Max down. I am heart broken. I called today to ask how I can return the box of medicine and snacks, it is unopened. Colin was fantastic. He was very sympathetic and understanding. He told me they would credit my account and for me to donate it to my vet, VCA front range in Monument, CO. I have always had wonderful service and delivery from Chewy and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you Chewy and please recognize Colin for being so wonderful and understanding.”

“I have been using Chewy for many yrs,Love the customer service,Always soo helpful, friendly,compassionate & caring!! 4 days ago I lost my 15 ur old Katie!! Her Pic & Tiger are in your system ,she the solidwhiteangel with pink nose,I am DEVASTATED, SHE HAD stroke,drooling,couldn'tdrink or eat the last few days,had to have her put to sleep,losing a member of your family is what this felt like,Tiger & I will always useChewy & he loves YEOW catnip I love sharing how raises his hand like a child waiting in class to be called on when he hasn't Had his friskies party mix at 6:30 like forget something?? Anyway sorry to take up ur time But thank you for Caring!! I get my orders Fast & though I donated Hers, will still order for him,I know she's at peace, have her by Cross in my yard where He buried her...........”

“I lost my little girl on Friday evening and Saturday her medication from Chewy showed up. When I called to see if I could return it, they immediately offered a refund and on Monday I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers. For a company to do that just blows my mind. I'll never shop anywhere but Chewy.com again for pet supplies.”

“We lost our l4 year old labrador retriever recently. A lovely bouquet of yellow roses showed up on our doorstep a few days later. With tears still falling, we thank you. Chewy's, in our three years, have always worked hard to make right a mistake or wrong shipment. We will miss having such nice customer service.”

“I am writing this today from the experience of my sister. I have chewy and I am 100% pleased with the company. My sister experienced an even greater side of this company. Her Beloved Dog passed away. She had just received her order of Dog Food. She called chewy to see if she could return the Food (33LBS). They responded with you can donate the food to a shelter or adoption service and they would credit her account. They not only credited her account and extended condolences but a week later they sent her a Memorial Rock with puppy paw prints on it and her pets name. This company is always on time with auto delivery. They are a honest and compassionate company. I am so used to the Greed in this world and this company is far from what I am used to. THEY ARE TRULY A BLESSING to pet owners and their PETS! Thank you Chewy for who you are!”

“I had a Chewy delivery sent to the wrong address/person on 03/21/2025. Chewy didn't have to get involved but they did and they helped me to calm down (I have anxiety issues) and they reordered the original order that got lost. There are new drivers with that delivery company and they don't know this route very well. This mis-delivery was not Chewy's fault but they helped anyway. Chewy deserves 100 stars!”
