“Chewy has a customer for life. We have been customers for 8-9 years and always loved their products and service. Unfortunate our dog passed away unexpectedly. My wife reached out to chewy to return a recent bag of food. The team at Chewy, floored us with condolences and asked us to simply donate the food to our local shelter, and they reimbursed us for the food. I thought that was awesome, how great of a community partner. That was two days ago, today we receive a small beautiful bouquet of flowers and a note from the Chewy team. Outstanding, incredible, etc etc. that’s how you gain customers for life. Thank you thank you thank you for being a dynamic company.”

“Beyond Expectations – Truly Astonishing Customer Service! Unbelievably Outstanding Service – A Truly Refreshing Experience! I recently opened an account with Chewy Canada to order food for my cat, and I was immediately impressed by their incredible prices, great deals, and rewarding loyalty program. However, nothing could have prepared me for the level of service I experienced. When my order, which was expected to arrive on December 9th, didn’t show up, I contacted their customer service team just to check in and confirm when it would arrive. To my absolute astonishment, they not only provided a detailed update but also refunded 90% of my order, despite the fact that the delivery was only slightly delayed. I was in complete shock – I never expected or asked for any sort of compensation. This level of generosity and care has completely blown me away, and I’m deeply appreciative of how they handled this situation. It’s hard to find companies that go to such lengths for their customers, and I will certainly be a loyal customer from now on. I can’t recommend Chewy Canada enough – they’ve truly set a new standard for customer service!”

“Chewy has one of the most responsive customer service departments of any company that I have dealt with in recent years. They respond quickly and are always very helpful. I’m much prefer getting the things that my dog needs from chewy knowing the kind of customer service that I get compared to other pet stores online or Amazon, which are not as responsive. It’s nice to be able to count on a quick answer to a question. Thank you, chewy, keep it up.”

“Last week I called Chewy to let them know that my Ollie had passed and that I needed to close my account. Today I received a lovely vase with beautiful flowers and a card expressing their condolences for my loss. In such a sad time for me it was heartwarming to receive beautiful flowers in remembrance of my Ollie. Thank you Chewy for your kind thoughts.”

“I recently called to close my account because I had to put my dog to sleep. The CSR was very helpful and empathetic. Two days later I received flowers from the company to express their condolences for my loss. I was completely blown away by the thoughtfulness. Thank you Chewy for brightening my day at a very difficult time.”

“Thank you Chewy for carrying a quality product ( Panacur). Chewy promised to deliver it within 3 days and they delivered as promised. Within 24 hrs of taking the product my dog was acting like himself again. I would definitely order from Chewy.com again.”

“Shout out to Chewy for sending a card with well wishes and a gift for Gracie! What a nice surprise! I had not ordered anything at this time but Chewy knew Gracie was having surgery weeks ago. “Chewy is a great company to order pet supplies from. We mistakenly ordered the wrong size jacket for our dog. I chatted online with their Customer Service and they said they don't do exchanges. They asked that we donate the jacket to a pet charity. They also placed the order for the new jacket for us, free shipping and a discount. The online chat is very accommodating. I would recommend ordering from them because of their policy of donating to local pet charities and their great Customer Service.”

“We have used chewy for years. They are professional and very dependable. Highly recommended. This week our beloved pet died at 14 years. I called chewy to discontinue some products. “I have a senior cat with diabetes. I also needed her food and insulin in a rush. Chewy without hesitation made contact with our vet addressed my Tancie's issues. medication and food arrived within 48 hours of my order. I want to thank them for their prompt attention to my pets needs. U are worth more than 5 stars”

“Wow, this company... above and beyond. I recently had to put my beloved senior dog to sleep. I had to contact Chewy to cancel a subscription order and Jasmine the customer service representative was very compassionate. Imagine my surprise when the next day I received flowers and a sympathy card from Jasmine and Chewy. I was so touched at this gesture. I know that if I ever have another dog I will definitely be ordering from Chewy again.”

“What an amazing company! My super chewer lab puppy destroyed the Kong frisbee I purchased on chewy within 30 minutes. I provided this info when they asked for the post purchase review. I did not ask for a refund as my dog definitely destroyed the toy, but all of the sudden, I got an email that they credited my account because it didn’t last!! They also took the time to suggest three toys perfect for super chillers so of course I bought one. They have earned my business for life! That’s customer service to the Nth degree!”

“My dog recently passed away and i was apparently on auto ship for his pain medicine. it showed up a few days after he was gone. I was upset when I called because it was over $100 and my heart is still broken... they were awesome, refunded my money and even noticed I had just received a bag of dog food and refunded that as well. They told me they were very sorry for my loss. Although my heart is still broken they did make me feel better.”

“Chewy is a wonderful company! My dog passed away after spending 150.0 on food. I called to return the food and chewy immediately refunded me for the food and just asked that I donate it to a local shelter. I came home from work to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers from chewy for the loss of My dog, with a heartfelt note. I have a rescue dog now and will continue to order from chewy for many years! Thanks so much for your kindness, I will continue to promote your business!”

“I received a birthday card from Chewy for my sweet baby Mya. This prompted me to call to stop her auto shipments. When I told Johnnita that we had recently put Mya to sleep, she was so comforting and genuinely concerned about me. I thanked her and took told her how thankful I was because they have always given 100% satisfaction with any encounter I've had with them. Well tonight I came home and a lovely vase of flowers with a heart warming card awaited me from Johnnita and my Chewy Family. Yes, they not only made me smile but made my heart happy. Thank you.”
