WOW!! We are beyond happy with Chewy, from the great prices, fast next day (in our case) delivery, to the best customer service we have received from almost any company. To add to that, the sensitivity when we wanted to return a product due to our pet passing, not only did they provide a credit, they deliveted the most beautiful and unexpected 'in sympathy' flower delivery to our front door!! We cannot say enough good things about this company. Do yourself a favor and use them! Thank you again Chewy!!!

I only ordered from Chewy once. Unfortunately what I ordered I could no longer use. My Gracie passed away. I contacted Chewy. They not only refunded my money but sent me flowers for my loss. What an amazing company!!

Dec. 7th I needed to order one item I forgot and new Visa card hadn't arrived. CHEWY worked with me -knew it was important to me. - the item arrived the next day, What company does that. Dealt with them for. y e a r s Bought three pet strollers from them in the past among many other pet products and their excellent helpfulness and great products is still right up there. Absolutely love dealing with with this company - and ZAK is happy I'm dealing with - them too - he is going to have a great Christmas

This company goes above and beyond. Aside from everyone being very polite. A real person is available to talk to any time of the day and they do whatever they need to make sure your animal is happy. My cat recently passed and I wanted to return an order that I placed a few weeks before. Not only was the return easy, but I received a next day sue package at my door step with a dozen roses in a vase for the loss of my cat.. This is really a special company. I couldn’t believe it.. Thank you so so much Chewy!

I want the world to know that Chewy.com is the best company on earth! More than once, customer service has saved me from making mistakes by handling changes instantly over the phone. So, today I told Victoria that my husband had moved out and now had the cat, so I needed to switch Lily's food auto-ship to him. He doesn't have his own account and her food is by prescription, so I didn't know how to set that all up. She got everything straightened out and said I would be getting a big fuzzy discount. I paused, then asked if that was just because she was a nice person. She said that was the least she could do with all I was dealing with (!). She could relate to me since she had to run out of Boston and move to Texas to get away from her ex. At the end of our conversation, I told her that I hoped her life had improved since her move and she said "Oh, yes. I have been here for two years now and met a wonderful man." Isn't that amazing? and kind and caring? Chewy finds these wonderful people that make contacting them a pleasure.

I spoke with a rep from Chewy on Nov 7 placing an order for my grandkitties Christmas. During our conversation I mentioned we lost our beloved dog Teddy back in 2021 from a sudden illness. Well. On Nov 8 I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Chewy just to say they were thinking of us and the loss of our Teddy. WOW how special is that. Thank you so much. 💓

I've been a loyal Chewy customer for years and just realized I never wrote a review. The very first time I got an order from them I was concerned because the kitty litter came opened (you could tell it was an issue with the litter company's packaging, but either way it arrived broken open and made a mess in the Chewy box). I was set for a fight to get a refund or replacement but it was no big deal. Over the years there have been occasional issues where something arrives damaged (between our pets, our fosters and what I buy to donate I sometimes have had huge orders) and it's always been so easy to fix. They always recommend taking anything worth saving to a shelter instead of returning, which has reportedly helped a lot of shelters nation-wide. I know they do a lot of great PR with folks too (the portraits, the flowers after a pet dies, etc) which I think is really sweet too. What really sealed it for me that they are great is that I got an email recently about Chewy giftcards I'd earned through sales but had forgotten about...for several years! They emailed me to let me know I had a giftcard balance of $80 from 3 different orders. I have autoships with them and they didn't HAVE to do that, I'd still be ordering supplies and prescriptions from them every month. But they just saved me $80 that I'd legitimately forgotten about, and I think that's great. Our family loves Chewy!

I’ve been a customer for years and have always used auto ship. For the first time something was missing from my order. I contacted Chewy. Within minutes I had an email telling me that the missing items would ship immediately. Chewy has the fastest customer service anywhere.

Chewy not only offers the best prices, processes and ships quickly, but they back up their products. We recently received a shipment of insulin that had been reasonably well packed but had been on the delivery truck too long. (We're in Arizona). Temperature of the insulin exceeded the safety margins for that product. One phone call to the Chewy Pharmacy...and a replacement has been sent...with no charge...not even for shipping. Thank You Chewy.

Chewy’s reputation as a business model precedes itself. If a wrong item is ordered, Typically they request that you donate the item to a shelter or rescue- and refund your money. My kitty passed this weekend, and I did a customer chat to ask how I could return an auto shipment of prescription food since it was no longer needed. They refunded the charge- canceled the order - and sent us a dozen yellow roses in Jackson’s memory . How kind is that ?

I LOVE chewy.com and they make my life so much easier! The only complaint I have is that I didn't start using them sooner. I have no clue why anyone wouldn't shop for their pets here. The prices are better than I find at local retailers, the selections are better and they are shipped to your door both quickly and free! This is a win/win situation for both myself and my vast array of pets. Thanks Chewy!

I lost my dog and had to cancel autoship meds, Nicole gave her condolences, canceled, removed dog, but the most outstanding compassionate act was they sent me flowers.

Truly, a wonderful company! We have used them for years with absolutely no problems. They are fast, efficient, and professional. But the thing that is so incredible about them was with the passing of our dog about a week ago. They have gone above and beyond. We have been truly shocked by their kindness with the loss of our Pat. I don’t know any other company that would send flowers and memorialize our pet. We are a customer for life.

Always have my stuff in 3 days or less and customer service is wonderful!! I must say this is the best place to get your pets food and any other items for them. They have the best prices out there and if you ever have any issues they are always willing to help! I accidentally mail my things to the wrong address and they were able to re-route the whole order and get it to me in 3 days!

What an awesome company! I had been on auto-delivery for probiotics for my pet, Daisy. After a long, happy life, Daisy passed and I forgot about the auto-ship until I received a notice that the next shipment was being processed. I contacted Chewy via email to let them know that I no longer needed the product and they were not only able to cancel the future auto-ship but also immediately cancelled the pending one! On top of that, I opened my door the very next day to a flower delivery sent by Chewy with their sympathies. If they didn't have my heart before, they do now!
