This is a great company. This great company is part of my family. I am very happy with your "Chewy" services, which any good company can provide; however, your company has proven part of the family time and time again. Through the years, Chewy sends cards on my fur babies birthdays, and you recently acknowledged the death of one of them. Going the extra mile keeps you guys above the best companies. It's a pleasure to do business with your company. Thank you all.

Recently, my wife and I received an email from UPS that said we’d be getting a delivery from Teleflora in Bogota, Columbia, South America on Thursday. I immediately went into semi-panic mode. I didn’t order anything; Ruth didn’t order anything. And it’s coming from South America? I checked our online bank accounts, wondering if someone had breached one of our credit card accounts, but nothing looked amiss. So then I called the Teleflora toll free number. The very kind woman I spoke with said that yes indeed we had a floral delivery coming, but she didn’t want to divulge any additional information. On Wednesday a bouquet of one dozen beautiful roses arrived from the folks at Chewy.com, in sympathy for the recent loss of our 18 year old cat, Jade, my brother's cat, who we adopted when my brother passed on four years ago. We were stunned and tearful…again! Not only did Chewy refund us for the three cases of cat food we had just ordered before Jade passed and ask us to donate the food (which we did…to Kitsap Humane Society and the Central Kitsap Food Bank), but now they sent us roses. WOW! These are the same folks who in 2017, when I sent them a photo (with a cat food order) of me as Santa Paws with a Kune Kune pig for the Humane Society of Mason County, unexpectedly sent me a small acrylic oil painting of a pig in a Santa hat, signed by team member Sabrina Rubio. I can’t possibly say enough about the heartfelt customer service that Chewy and their employees provide. I’ve heard similar experiences from other customers. I would be honored to be their spokesperson if ever given the opportunity. They're the best!

Awesome customer service! My dog developed a food allergy and Chewy immediately removed my continuing autoship order and told me to donate the newest shipment to a shelter in need of dogfood. Even Chewy is a large company and may not consider returning the food as a cost effective measure, if my assumption is true. I think this to be a tremendous resource for the Fur Babies in need. Kudo's to Chewy's company policy for helping in a needed area that often is overlooked.

Let me start with this. On Saturday, my min pin passed away. He was 17 and spent much of his life on the back of my Harley, wearing a leather jacket with inappropriate patches and goggles. I had the privilege of his love for many years. Chewy has been supplying us with his meds for the last couple years, at a reasonable price, with fast delivery. I checked to see if I could return the last order since he had passed away. They couldn't take the meds back, but they refunded my money for the last order. Today, I got home to find a flower delivery with a nice card attached. That was above and beyond. Thanks Chewy.

I have been a customer of Chewy for several years, purchasing different products, cat trees, toys etc and have loved their customer service. Chewy has always been great with anything concerning the needs for my cat(s) My 3 year old cat I adopted from the SPCA almost a year ago, was diagnosed with tiny stones in her bladder,(genetic for some cats) she is now on prescription Royal Canin Urinary SO Dry and Wet food for the rest of her life. And she Loves it. It was difficult finding it in stores, so I started ordering it from Chewy, which makes it so much easier and it gets delivered to me very quickly. Thanks Chewy, My Sophie girl is now happy and healthy.

I have been a customer for many years and Chewy has always been great. I have lost several rescue pets over the years and they always send flowers and include a personal note of sympathy. I always cry but it's just so thoughtful. I received this gift the other day for no reason except it was National Bird Day. It is a BEAUTIFUL painting of my Cockatoo named Mango, who will be 32 this year. What a wonderful surprise. I love it ! Thank you so much.

I had to Cancel my standing order after my dog passed away, and not only did they refund me for the bag I got days after losing Frankie, but they even sent me flowers with a personalized condolence note! We are not ready for another fur baby yet, but when we are we will definitely be using Chewy again!

We all know how great Chewy is. Today they surpassed even themselves. I had a serious problem with a Chewy delivery by FedEx, and spent all day on phone, text, and computer with no realistic assistance by FedEx. On my final call to Chewy, a supervisor gave me a refund for my order of dog food, as I was down to only one day of food for my girl. The problem was not one that was caused by Chewy and it was above and beyond, IMO, to take that step. After hanging up I went to the door to ask my neighbor for help carrying the package. It was already sitting there! I don't know if my neighbor saw it downstairs and carried it up or whether FedEx actually came through. I called Chewy back immediately and offered to forego their kind offer of a refund, but was told it was already entered and they were happy to leave it as it was. This is what is taught in business school as excellence and as goodwill. Thank you, Chewy!

I work at a Community Health service program the assists the homeless. Many homeless have dogs, often their only friend. They take care of their dogs first in many cases to their own detriment. Chewy, when contacted donated both dog food and dog leashes over the last 2 days. They were the only company so far to step up. A+ to Chewy!!

I recently lost my handsome boy Winston. He hardly ate from the bag I had and I forgot to cancel the autoship for his dog food. When I got another order I called to ask if I could return it they graciously refunded me for the last two bags. Wow that’s love!

I need to let everyone know how wonderful Chewy and staff are to you as a customer. While speaking to them on phone about my cat they asked about Sunshine my cockatiel. They keep your pets names on file. How sweet it was that they asked however I had to tell them the sad news that she went to bird heaven 10/10/2022. The next day I received a lovely floral bouquet expressing their sadness. i can not say more wonderful things about such a large company that can take time to do such a sweet thing. After getting my Chewy.com package and discovering I had ordered the wrong item, I called the company. Amazingly a live customer service rep answered after only two rings! No annoying menu! The rep was wonderful and very helpful in arranging for a credit for the wrong item and reordering the correct one. The real surprise was when I inquired as to a return shipping label, the rep suggested that I donate the items (doggy pop bags) to my local animal shelter! So impressive and what a great charitable policy. I am a returning customer and will surely continue to be. I am always happy with Chewy's products, speedy shipping and customer service. Five Stars!!!

I have been using Chewy for years...great customer service prompt delivery...my cat died last week and I had to cancel my order....no problem...yesterday I received flowers from the chewy family on the loss of Sonny.I was so touched...such a kind gesture I cried.

I had purchased some canned dog food for my dog who has extreme allergies; unfortunately, I realized after receipt of the food that my dog would not be able to eat it as there were allergens in the mix. Chewy not only credited back my money but encouraged me to donate the remaining cans to a local shelter. Outstanding and caring customer service. I'm a confirmed patron now.

We have been with chewy for over a decade. We have lost 3 incredible precious digs during that time. No one has treated us more like family than the people of chewy. Our last precious pet past 6 days ago , tonite we got a got a gorgeous vase of rises. A card that brought tears to all of us . Thank you is not enough for the years of wonderful service. But know how much your gesture meant to us and our babies in Heaven !

We ordered Sampson, our Great Pyrenees, his Cosequin at 2:00 PM on Sat. Nov. 12th..It was delivered to our front door (free shipping), at 1:00 PM Sunday, the next day, Nov.13th...Your delivery is amazing and great customer service..We have been a customer of Chewy for about 15 yrs. When my sweet pomeranian Mikey passed away, I contacted Chewy. I had hoped to get a refund on his prescription since it had not been opened yet. The first thing I told the customer service representative ( Kevin) is " I'm going to try to get through this without crying. " (I did not.) However Kevin was awesome! He reassured me that they will take good care of me and he was very sweet with his condolences. Not only did Chewy give me a refund for the prescription but I didn't even have to send the prescription back! As if that wasn't enough just two days later I had a knock on my door. It was someone holding flowers (who I assumed was a from a family member.) No!! It was from Chewy! I could not believe in this day and age where it seems most businesses do not give that customer service of the past, that a big corporation like Chewy did something as thoughtful as this! That is so awesome in 2022!! Thank you so much Chewy you will have a customer for life!! SINCERELY..Trish Morgan

Just wanted to say how amazed I was to open the door to a delivery of flowers - Chewy sent flowers! I called to cancel the delivery of special meds and dog food for Schatzie, our beloved pooch of 14 years, on her passing. It has been such a sad time, but the flowers helped. My family and I really appreciated that any company would go to that level of customer service. When we get a new pup, we will certainly be returning customers.
