“I have a senior cat with diabetes. I also needed her food and insulin in a rush. Chewy without hesitation made contact with our vet addressed my Tancie's issues. medication and food arrived within 48 hours of my order. I want to thank them for their prompt attention to my pets needs. U are worth more than 5 stars”

“Wow, this company... above and beyond. I recently had to put my beloved senior dog to sleep. I had to contact Chewy to cancel a subscription order and Jasmine the customer service representative was very compassionate. Imagine my surprise when the next day I received flowers and a sympathy card from Jasmine and Chewy. I was so touched at this gesture. I know that if I ever have another dog I will definitely be ordering from Chewy again.”

“What an amazing company! My super chewer lab puppy destroyed the Kong frisbee I purchased on chewy within 30 minutes. I provided this info when they asked for the post purchase review. I did not ask for a refund as my dog definitely destroyed the toy, but all of the sudden, I got an email that they credited my account because it didn’t last!! They also took the time to suggest three toys perfect for super chillers so of course I bought one. They have earned my business for life! That’s customer service to the Nth degree!”

“My dog recently passed away and i was apparently on auto ship for his pain medicine. it showed up a few days after he was gone. I was upset when I called because it was over $100 and my heart is still broken... they were awesome, refunded my money and even noticed I had just received a bag of dog food and refunded that as well. They told me they were very sorry for my loss. Although my heart is still broken they did make me feel better.”

“Chewy is a wonderful company! My dog passed away after spending 150.0 on food. I called to return the food and chewy immediately refunded me for the food and just asked that I donate it to a local shelter. I came home from work to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers from chewy for the loss of My dog, with a heartfelt note. I have a rescue dog now and will continue to order from chewy for many years! Thanks so much for your kindness, I will continue to promote your business!”

“I received a birthday card from Chewy for my sweet baby Mya. This prompted me to call to stop her auto shipments. When I told Johnnita that we had recently put Mya to sleep, she was so comforting and genuinely concerned about me. I thanked her and took told her how thankful I was because they have always given 100% satisfaction with any encounter I've had with them. Well tonight I came home and a lovely vase of flowers with a heart warming card awaited me from Johnnita and my Chewy Family. Yes, they not only made me smile but made my heart happy. Thank you.”

“Chewy you are amazing! What a fantastic company. My beloved dog Keena passed last week, and Chewy both refunded my money for the food shipment I had just received, as well as sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a card. Through the years, their employees have helped me with various situations when I've called, always going the extra mile for the customer. Thank you CHEWY for being so amazing all these years! You are wonderful to work with!!!!”

“My dog Penny was my best girl. She was my sunshine. I got all her needs from Chewy once I learned about them after moving to Tucson. Penny is over the rainbow bridge now with her best friend LadyCat. Chewy sent a card and condolences after Penny died. I now have my cat Lily and five rowdy finches and a canary. I get all their needs from Chewy. Chewy is a fine company with a big heart. We are lucky to have them.”

“I am so impressed with Chewy. My dog passed away a couple of days ago. I had received his dog food the day he passed away . They refunded my money that day. I also received flowers from them sending their condolences.What a wonderful company. They are amazing”

“Chewy is by far the most incredible company I’ve ever worked with. Their prices beat retailers, they deliver to your doorstep in less than 2 days and their employees are second to none!! Yesterday I spoke with Maria and told her that I just ran out of food for my dog Wolfie. Maria asked me to hold a moment and when she came back she told me that Chewy was going to send me a box of Wolfies food for free!! Chewys customer service is absolutely amazing! If you haven’t checked their prices you are totally missing out. CHEWY IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! (Wolfie agrees 🐶 🐾)”

“I've been using Chewy for a few years now and they have been great. They've sent hand signed sympathy cards after my pets have died and I've cancelled subscriptions, and today I emailed about a defective item and a replacement is already shipped and on the way. It really blew my mind, enough to seek out somewhere to leave a review. They always deliver quickly after ordering and is my go to for pet supplies.”

I don't have to go to the store & pick up heavy bags or cases of pet food.Is so convenient to just place my order& sometimes my order is here the next day.All I have to do is pick it up off my doorstep. “I’ve been using Chewy Auto ship for about 2 years for RX meds for our sweet Labrador Sammy. I worked in Customer Service for 30 years and took pride in the level of service I delivered to the public. Have I EVER received the level of customer service that I have received from CHEWY in these last two years? NEVER ! Every person I have ever talked with on the phone with CHEWY has been the most informed and thorough individuals I have ever dealt with. We recently lost our beloved 17 yr old cat and our 14 yr old beloved Sammy, just 3 weeks apart. I called to cancel the Auto ships and was helped by Alisa with the utmost of compassion and thoroughness to make sure that I no longer even receive “reminders” of upcoming orders. The next day I received a lovely bouquet from Alisa and the Chewy Family. They even posted a “Remembrance” photo of our sweet boy. WHERE DO YOUR EVER GET THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND COMPASSION !”

“My first bag of ‘Pro Plan Live Clear Adult 7+ Chicken’ cat chow just arrived and my two elderly feline gals are chowin’ down on it with an enthusiasm I have NEVER seen in them!
