"They sell a pet door made by Ruff Weather. It is advertised that it fits a door or wall up to 7 inches. As they sell it, it does not fit a wall. On the box in big letters (which nobody ever read - they just put up on their website what the manufacturer tells them the rep said when I called) it states that a kit must be purchased to use on a wall. The Chewy rep had not idea where to get it, how much it costs. I just had to spend $53 DOLLARS MORE TO GET THIS KIT."

I had to put my 15 1\/2 year old baby Bella down yesterday after a long wonderful life! I was working from home today, and the doorbell rang. I thought it was an Amazon order and I opened the door to receive flowers and a beautiful note from your amazing company. What an incredibly beautiful gesture this was! I have told everybody I possibly can about this, I can\u2019t even tell you what this means to me! While I can\u2019t think about another animal at this moment. If I ever do get another animal or if anybody ever asked me what company to use to get any pet products you can guarantee that I will highly recommend you guys for the rest of my life!"
