“Easy to use, clear results. My only issue is what happened after I received my results. The results of my test were alarming, I paid for the physician phone call and was told someone would "reach out soon". Have not heard anything back in 3 days. The advice on the test results appears to be computer generated, the doctors take was "not too bad" because I scored optimal on 4/7 markers. However the three markers I scored high on are extremely alarming. It feels very much like a simple algorithm determined "4/7, more than half, not too bad." Rather than an actual medical interpretation of what the results mean.”
“I'm impressed with the ease of the process, clear results, and options for making a call with a provider. I do plan to continue with my plan for the time being. However, I am frustrated with a lack of a clear way to stop my subscription if I was wanting to do that. Your website has NO clear way to do this. For this reason, I'm rating 3 stars for now. If you show me a clear and straightforward way to have control over my subscription, I'm likely to rate higher.”
“This test gave some good insight to what's going on with my health. It gave me excellent starting points to doing my own research in how to improve my health. The explanations of what the markers mean could be improved, they were a bit confusing.”

“I really liked how easy it was to collect the sample. The turn around time from the lab was great. The charts are easy to understand. The issue is the insights. If you are suboptimal in 2 areas, the advice is completely different. For instance one insight is to go on a Whole30 diet and another is to go paleo. Which should I do? Then I have to pay more to talk to a doctor? I liked being able to take this into my own hands, but it needs some tweaking.”
“I experience some confusion on the app stating my kit was not delivered after I mailed it . USPS tracked and stated it was delivered Through reaching out to Choose Health for assistance I discovered the kit had indeed arrived at the lab and the delay that I experienced was created by an interface error that causes me to see the kit as not delivered. It only corrected once results were processed on 4/22/2022.”

“An improvement in the time lag would be nice. I paid for a test at Let's Get Checked as well. I dropped off the test at UPS, it arrived on the other side of the country the next afternoon, and they sent me the results that night. Even counting reduced shipping cost using USPS, my test arrived at Choose Health on a Sunday night and it was a couple of days later before I got results. Just a suggestion.”
