“I have purchased several tests from Choose Health and I have had a positive experience every time. The tests arrive quickly after ordering, do a simple finger stick, then return. The instructions are easy to follow, and I usually get my results within a week. The one time I had an issue, which was my fault, customer service was great and very helpful. I will continue to use Choose Health.”

“I have been using Choose Health for over 3 years. Cudtomer Service is always spot on and the tests are very accurate. Results are usually back within a week or so and comes with ways to help improve. I recommend this for anyone that is tracking their blood work in between doctor visits. Very Satisfied Customer!”

“Very happy with the kits I have purchased from Choose. I took my liver and male hormone test on the same day and sent in my sample, receiving my results about a week later. I would recommend this for anyone that is health conscious and wants to test more than what their doctor offers”

“This is really helpful for me. My father is fairly immobile, and needed a liver test to re-up his perscriptions. Instead of getting him in the car and going into town, we were able to use this service to get his liver function tests, and the Dr. refilled his perscription.”
