Sending a watch from the States to England is rather time-consuming and the shipping cost is not insignificant, and is born by the owner of the watch. But Christopher ward is courteous and the wait is not too long.

Product great - really pleased with the watch - and staff very responsive. However, a lull in contact after ordering (not informed of delivery timelines) and website doesn't really work for one-off purchaser (couldn't track purchase from order number). This is 'in the margins' though and observations made to assist what is already an excellent company and concept.

I purchased the C1 Grand Malvern Jumping Hour on the Milanese Mesh Bracelet. Very happy with the watch itself. I am very disappointed with the milanese mesh bracelet. It was too short. I am a big guys. My wrist is about 8 1/4". I never thought it would be that short. I need some help please. Sam M.

Ordered 20mm Bader deployment strap. 22mm strap delivered = poor start. Contacted CW, 20mm replacement despatched as was pre-paid return envelope. Very smooth and professional. So, four stars: problem dealt with well, but a little more care would have meant that there wasn't problem in the first place. Oh! The strap is now fitted and works nicely!!

I've had the watch on spec without seeing one first. That's a middle age thing I think. I'm really happy with the aesthetics and feeling of the watch. If I were to improve anything it would be to have a fold over clasp; a double clasp on the fastening; and the bracelet adjustment make one and a half links not one, so that you can adjust half link sizes. Great watch and thank you

I now own 3 trident pro 600 . Look great. Keep amazing time & are a great value. The look is very expensive. The service as been great . The brand though should be a gold CW under the 12. Tim Shipton Canada ????????

Had a few problems but I think that they are now sorted. The CW 60 month guarantee is an absolute bonus and no quibbles when things go wrong. P&P paid by CW both ways, recommended, thank you Christopher Ward.

The watch I bought in the Christopher Ward sale developed a fault soon after I bought it. I was offered a full refund or repair, and as I love the unostentatious quality look of the watch, I chose to have it repaired. Now it's back it's one of the watches in my collection I wear most often, I never expected a chronometer certificate at this price - terrific. I don't know how they do it, but I itch to buy another of their watches..

Since English is not my native language I could not write a completely nice review, so I will just try to do i: I have two Chr.Ward watches and like them both. Currenly mainly using the latest purchase 5 Day Automatic C9 Chronometer. Very comfortable, good size, good accuracy, good look! Very important moment for me is 5 day power reserve on SH21 caliber, since i am not wearing dress watch on weekends and they could safely wait until work days come without screwing and adjusting the time every week. So this is a great choise for me for this money.

About one month after I bought the C9 Moon phase, the price get down 50% for clearance, that too shock for me, so sad about this kind of situation. But the watch is pretty good and so beautiful, I hope a few months later, it will publish new version of Moon phase.

The product quality is good and reasonable price. Services are quite good, they usually quick response at the first time but for continuing questions, they quite delay response or no any response.

Instant replies on my emails and a beautiful, high quality watch at a very reasonable price. Only negative thing I can think of is the fact that the forwarder took almost 3 (!) weeks to get the watch from the UK to Barcelona and therefore did not arrive in time for my wife's birthday.

Purchased six CW watches in the past few years. Have just purchased my seventh CW watch which is the C1000 Typhoon. I had read past reviews which complain about the buckle on the watch strap being very awkward to undo. Well I have to admit worst buckle that I have come across. So phoned CW to see if I could purchase a CW Bader deployment but was told that they were not available. The only way to purchase one was with a new strap. I had the strap but could not replace the buckle with a CW Bader deployment. I had to source a non CW Bader from elsewhere. Very disappointed to say the least.

Impressive web site , and the watch when it arrived is well packaged and presented with good quality finish. I hope and trust it will be as impressive long term, and only time will tell. The delivery process seemed a bit difficult.After 48 hours I had not been advised of despatch details. It took a flurry of hurry up E mails to get confirmation of delivery. Communications were very polite and friendly but I feel you guys need to polish that Process , if you intend to really provide the top end Service... reflected in your Pricing.
