“Many times I have seen a picture of a watch and liked it, only to see it in a shop and think it's ok, but not as nice as I thought. No such worries with Christopher Ward. Ordered online and when delivered opened the box and found myself saying out loud "oh wow". I have purchased three watches so far and been absolutely delighted with each one. The ordering process is easy, the delivery extremely quick, the watches look great and are of a high quality. My last purchase I wanted a different strap and customer services arranged this without any fuss and good communication. All in all a high level of service and watches I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Chr,Ward.”

“I have been a Christopher Ward customer for several years and currently own several of their models. The quality of CW watches is excellent, and because of their sales policy of only selling online the prices are great too! I am particularly impressed with their customer service - they are renowned among CW owners for it. Also, their 60:60 policy makes them very attractive. If you want a top quality watch at a great price - CW are the folks to go to.”

“I first came across the watch brand Christopher Ward in a magazine article around 18 months ago. I had a look at the website and was surprised by the array of designs and more surprised by the price tags which seemed to good to be true. Finally, I bought myself the automatic C11 Makaira Pro 500 and having received my beautifully crafted time piece I can honestly say, hand on heart, it is a truly wonderful watch which is built so well I'm sure you could knock nails in with it (which I won't). The look, feel and weight of it is as good as my friends Bell & Ross, but was a fraction of the price of his, yet I have to say I prefer my CW. I am lucky enough to own an Omega, a Tag Heuer and an Oris and this fits perfectly into my collection, truth is, I haven't taken it off since it landed. I will be buying from ChrWard again very soon. Hats off to you guys for such a fantastic service and such a wonderful product. Best regards Mike”

“I worked with Wera Mettes when ordering my C60. She was fantastic at answering my questions; very informative and responded in a timely manner. I didn't like any of the straps that came with the C60, so she let me swap it with a C8 strap at no extra charge. Through no fault of CW, USPS took almost 4 weeks to deliver my watch. Wera said she'd be happy to ship via DHL on my next order. Will certainly do business with again.”

“I love my C60 trident my wife purchased it as a suprise in 2013 after a tour of Afghanistan there were a few negitives it originally came on a leather strap but this came apart possibly my fault getting it wet a few times so I purchased a metal braclet this is outstanding quality solid end links and dive extension the other negitive was the lume pip had came off twice but the team at chr ward repaired this for free under warranty very professional and a good turn around I think this must be a common fault I would like chr ward to make a military field watch and sell it at a low price to serving solders in the british army this should have a 38mm case a sapphire crystal screw down case back and crown tritium dial and hands a day and date complication a automatic movement with hand winding and hacking feature a nato strap also the option of regimental number on the dial or case back when purchased”

“I have been following the Christopher Ward watch line for a few years now, I have fallin in love with many styles offered on their website. I can now say that I am a proud owner of my first CW! My Trident C60 surpassed all my expectations! Great personal service from customer care as well! A pleasure to deal with. Also, I have learned a great deal about holology and the skill and design involved in creating a high end watch from the CW website, great information there! Thank you for offering such a fine product, I will be spreading the "Ward" about CW watches on my travels, as I now wear a very nice conversation piece on my wrist! All the very best! “our first purchase of a Christopher ward watch was made shortly after the launch and have over the years purchased nine in total and returned others for servicing. The website is easy to use and the pictures and information first class. Myself and my husband do own other watches but the quality and style of Christopher ward are truly outstanding and excellent value for money compared with other big brand names some of which seem very overpriced. To sum it up Christopher ward are up there with the very best and it is a pleasure to speak with the very knowledgeable staff. regards kath & john”

“Chr Ward are quite rightly famous for their first-class customer service, as well as the high quality of their products. My enquiries regarding their products have always been answered swiftly, professionally and knowledgeably. I was regularly updated throughout the purchasing and delivery arrangement process. CW approach to customers and their high-level of service sets a standard that other companies should strive to attain. It is their customer service that makes me return to them again and again.”

“I would like to express my absolute delight on receiving my two much loved CW watches back from repair. The service was exceptional. I was clearly and accurately informed of the time the repair would take and delivery was fast despite the fact that I live abroad. The repairs were free as I was still within a (staggering generous) 60 month warranty period and CW simply accessed my filed data rather than have me submit proof of purchase. One of the repairs -at least- was required because of an accident that I had had with the watch and I was prepared for a large repair bill for that one. Instead, CW repaired both watches without charge. The repaired watches were then couriered to my location in Sweden also without cost to me. Stunning. I could not be happier with the service I have received. Adam Boys”

“I have now purchased two watches from Christopher Ward. A C9 Harrison 5 Day Automatic in September 2014 and then C5 Malvern Slimline in December 2014 (post Christmas Sale). I visited the Maidenhead showroom earlier in 2014 to look at watches. I loved all the watches, but was unsure until I was shown a prototype of the C5 Slimline. I was sure that I would purchase that when released, but was again unsure when I discovered in was a manual wind. When the C9 was real eased I purchased one as soon as I saw it. What a great watch. Then in the December sale I just had to get the C5 to use as more of an everyday watch. I also purchased an auto-winder for the C9. All along, the service and support, when required, from Christopher Ward has been excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend Christopher Ward watches. They ooze class, and are superb value for money. My wife dreads me looking at their web site, as she knows my love of great watches, and that there might me another one the dresser soon!”

“Unlike many CW owners who have several CW watches I only have one...a C20 Lido that has served as my everyday watch for the past four years. It is a watch that keeps exceptional time and is manufactured to a standard that is not surpassed by any of the 'big names' at twice the price. For the past thirty years or so I have been a bit of a watch nut and took delight in not collecting makers such as Om, Ta or Ro. However, having retired to rural France and needing to prioritise my pensions most of my 'collection' has had to go as a new lawnmower or treating death watch beetle is far more important than keeping a watch that only gets worn occassionaly! Recently I severely damaged the steel bracelet on my Lido and decided to replace it with an alligator strap, the service I received from CW was exceptional. Not only was the strap delivered in record time to France but having managed to lose a securing screw a full set was sent to me without cost within two days! The Head of their Customer Services team Wera Mettes was a star and it seemed to personify Christopher Ward watches... outstanding service levels, exceptional build quality and incredible value for money. If ever the bank balance (or she who balances the books) permits, a C9 Big Day Date will be purchased without considering any alternative!”

“I stumbled across Christopher Ward, and his fine timepieces, purely by accident when researching my latest watch purchase. From my initial approach, through to the acquisition of my splendid C700 Grande Rapide wristwatch, the process has been an absolute delight. The clincher in the deal was the superb 60/60 guarantee. A sixty day return, 60 month warranty. I cannot think of another company dealing in small products such as watches to offer such a lengthy warranty. I believe this backs up their belief in their products. I can wholeheartedly recommend Christopher Ward to anyone looking for great a value, quality timepiece that employs renowned Swiss mechanisms and British designed faces and casess. They have also recently released their first in-house mechanical movement.”

“The service level provided by Ms Wera and her team deserves compliments second to none. Made the whole experience of buying via internet pleasant and certainly raised my confidence level. Bought 3 watches since the last 2 months as a result. Keep up the good work! My personal thanks to Wera, Callum, Alex and all at CW. As for the watches, the quality is among the finest and no doubt at par with many other brands. Let's not forget to mention the value you pay for CW watches being the best luxury/price ratio! For sure my next watch will not be other brands...”
