“Never received the item, signed for by a random signature but Hermes hadn't left a card or any information on where the parcel was. Wasted money spoke to support and they couldn't help!”

“I wouldn't know what the products are like as I have yet to receive them 2 weeks after receiving a despatch email. Delivery service is appalling and Ciate seem unwilling to chase to the delivery to find out where my order is despite numerous emails.”

“I got really disappointed. I bought products 2 days before of a 30% sale... so as long as their products are always in stock my next purchase maybe would be just on a sale”

“Bad products, poor quality. Rubbish customer service as I couldn’t even get a refund for damaged items and had to pay for delivery again to use a credit note against another poor item that I’ll never use. Will never recommend or shop here again.”

“Actually awful! Because you failed to deliver my product with your next day delivery I STILL don't have it. You've ruined my wedding anniversary gift to my wife. Your response of giving me my next day delivery fee back was an utter disgrace and I will probably never trust your company to fulfill an order again. I'm furious!”

“Very poor service, order wasnt sent the way ordered, took ages to receive any information and had to chase the order myself. Lost 2 days waiting in, 1 on the day it was supposed to arrive and the one when it actually arrived almost a week later. No proper apology just a refund for postage which is the bare minimum a company has to do. Very unimpressed.”

“I spent £50 on 3 of these, not impressed at all. Very drying, glitter fallout all over bottom half of my face, patchy and does not last long at all. I wish I didn’t buy them and waste my money. Very disappointed Ciate ☹️”

“Awful, I received the wrong order, was promised my actual order would be immediately dispatched, 2 weeks later and I still haven’t received it. I was eventually refunded but minus postage! This was my first and last order with Ciate London!”
