“I placed an order over two weeks ago and have still not received it or any information about when it will arrive. I have also emailed customer service and had no answer.”

“I didn't have a good shopping experience with you. I paid for 2 Mini mani calendars and you only sent me one of them. After several emails and telephone calls you said you would investigate and kept me waiting for ages. Very disappointing and I certainly will not be buying from you again or recommending other people buy from you. Really not good enough but you're very quick to take my money! A terrible experience.”

“I didn't receive my advent calendar and I haven't had a refund. Absolutely no way to contact anyone to sort. My daughter was really upset as it was a oresent for her and I'm angry as I've lost money.”

“Frankly disappointed! I received my order very very late, I almost canceled the sale because I no longer thought to receive it. the customer service had to take a week to answer me (I did not believe it anymore!) When to the product, I bought two color flip flitter (valentine and undressed) that have just NOTHING TO SEE with the pictures on the site. It's not at all, but not at all the same colors. To have waited so long for that! what a desappointment !!!”

“Ordered the Advent calendar on Nov 23rd, contacted Ciate on 27th to confirm shipment & told there was an issue & they weren't sure when my Advent calendar would arrive. Chased several times for more details, info on Hermes tracking not clear & eventually received on 4 December - terrible service from Ciate & Hermes (who dumbed my delivery on a public footpath in the rain signing the delivery as 'gate' without ringing the bell for access, I was home)”

“This lipstick is as awful as the customer services. I have tried it several times it never stays put and comes off all over everything. I have complained to customer services 3 times but they have failed to respond. I am totally disgusted by the product and the company.”

“I purchased the glitter flip lip wand and what a total waste of money the colour is vile, it’s supposed to be light pink, in actual fact it’s a very dirty looking mauve and looks horrible, Ciate get your colour swatch corrected I can not afford to waste money like this and I’m sure there’s lot of people feel the same, I’m also not allowed to send it back because the product had to be unopened and unused, grrrrrrrrrrrrr NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! 😡”

“Never received the item, signed for by a random signature but Hermes hadn't left a card or any information on where the parcel was. Wasted money spoke to support and they couldn't help!”

“I wouldn't know what the products are like as I have yet to receive them 2 weeks after receiving a despatch email. Delivery service is appalling and Ciate seem unwilling to chase to the delivery to find out where my order is despite numerous emails.”
