“Wouldn't recommend at all. I bought Candy Pink and was nowhere near pink at all. As for the sparkle, there was little or any sparkle. At the price of it I expected alot better.”

“Awful...still haven't seen my delivery after 3 weeks...parcel lost... replacement to be sent..and that hasn't arrived either. Poor customer service”

“The colour of the lipstick I brought was nothing like the colour I thought I was buying. Colour difference from the picture online to what it was in real life was so different. I emailed and was asked if I wanted to exchange I said yes but was not willing to pay postage back for the one I have. I was told someone would get back to me but nobody has.”

“I want to honest - the lip gloss is horrible ! It drys lips and has no glitters .Waste of money ! I am very disapponted . Can't recommend anybody. And will never buy any product from Ciate London.”

“Bought the glitter lipstick. Now on the video I saw it looks beautiful and glittery but unfortunately it doesn't look like that in real life when you get it yourself. Very disappointed but you have to open it to try it and you don't accept things back that have been used and was very expensive.”

“So disappointed, honestly thought that this being an expensive nail varnish it would be fantastic. Instead it takes 3 layers to look slightly even and after one shower it's looking chipped and old. I would not recommend and unfortunately would not order again.”

“After placing an order on Sept 19th I am still waiting for it. Problems occurred with Hermes damaging the parcel. I've had to email for an update and have been told a replacement would be sorted. Poor respinse from customer services. Still have no idea what is happening.”

“I was extremely disappointed to receive what was advertised as a set valued at £90 without any packaging other than bubble wrap. I contacted Customer Services about this but they were entirely unhelpful and I have been left with a very bitter taste in my mouth about Ciate and will ensure that my friends and family are aware of the lack of customer care I received. I will never recommend or buy another Ciate product.”
