“never experienced such a bad customer service. purchased mini mascara and eye liner, got the email that it was shipped. 2 weeks later my order wasn't delivered to me, contacted customer service they said they was going to ship another one. then 9 days later I had to contact them again as my parcel still wasn't with me, but no one replied to my email. I have sent another one, but still no reply. I don't have my order I paid for and customer services ignoring me. what could be worse ? will never buy again and will advise my friends not to get anything from this company.”

“I ordered a make up set but sadly was not delivered to me but wrongly sent to someone else I suggest they action my query I sent and resend me another I await for the replacement”

“The mascara leaves little black bits on the area under my eyes. The eyeliner is dry and I can’t use it. Slightly disappointed as I was looking forward to using the eyeliner because I like the tip of the pen”

“Hi, I brought this items through 02 discount to this company and were looking forward to it but when I tried on the pink colour nail paint - few hours later some of it change colour to darker, which look two separate tone of colours (pink) on my nails - don’t looked very nice and surprised it chips after two/three days. I only wore it at weekend. Not happy. I have other nails paint products from other company that last longer and this one doesn’t. First time I tried this.”

“I was very disappointed with the product : The Ciate magic glitter flip the glitters are supposed to appear when you press your lips together they never came and the feeling of the lipstick was sticky after 2 minutes, not dry. I think it’s a failure”
