“I found the colour guide online to not really represent the actual colour well- I found this disappointing. The product never really dried completely, so whilst giving a matte look, it always felt like almost-dry glue on my lips. The glitter aspect was as advertised”

“the box is water damaged and I'm unsure if this is because a product within the advent calendar has leaked or water damage from another source. As these are gifts I cant really ask how much the receiver of the gift enjoyed it till 24 December when all doors on the gift are opened”

“Parcel was lost by Hermes...that happens... but after emails I was left to chase up and sort out replacement order...not Ciate Not impressed by customer service ....items bought for a gift 🎁 so I had to buy a replacement”

“I liked the look of the products (mini mascara and eyeliner) and the black packaging, but the delivery took 8 days to get to me, which was too long to wait as I paid for delivery and I needed a new eyeliner as mine had ran out.”

“POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I sent several emails because i had a problem with my orders and THEY DID NOT REPLY AT ALL. They sent me ONE email only after i called their office. After that, i didn't hear anything from them. Now, i do not know what happened to my return items and if i will be able to get my refund. :-(”
