“I have bought a pair of earrings for my wife and she loves them. They are simply beautiful, well made. I wrote to know about the delivery (because I needed for a gift) and the staff were very kind and helpful. Great experience, I will surely buy again in the future, but my dream is to visit the shop in Galloway. Thank you very much from Italy!”

“I always loved the rings and the story behind them. I told this my boyfriend when we met. This was 5 years ago. In 2015 he bought a Claddagh Ring and proposed to me. When I saw the ring I started crying. I was so happy about it. The Ring is so beautiful, I wear it every Day. I just have to look at it and remember the whole day of the proposal. That makes me happy.”

“The woman in the shop was so friendly, knowledgeable and funny. We had a nice exchange on the history of the ring. She was also very helpful in assisting with the sale, telling us about the tax free card and how to use it. A very pleasant experience and my daughter and sons loved their gifts.”

“I was able to buy a pair of Claddagh earrings from where I live (New Zealand) and Claddagh Jewellers posted them out to me straight away, I had a tracking number and new where my purchase was at all times. I don't feel as far away from my beloved country of Ireland anymore. Thank you Claddagh Jewellers”

“The staff was so helpful. They helped me find the ring style I wanted. And when I realized later in the day I should have gotten a smaller size (walking made a difference in ring size!), I stopped back by on my way elsewhere. I had forgotten my receipt, but they remembered me and helped me exchange the ring for a smaller size. My only regret is I didn't take the time to look at other jewelry as well.”

“I purchased a ring for my wife for her birthday. I ordered it months in advance to make sure it arrived here in the US on time to give it to her. When she tried it on, I realized I had purchased the wrong size. I contacted Claddagh Jewelers to see about exchanging it for a larger size and was told that the ring had been discontinued. Thats when I heard from Maureen. She, on her own, contacted the ring manufacturer and had a VERY similar ring made in the size I needed, at no charge to me, and sent me pictures of it to compare. My original order was placed well outside of their refund/exchange policy, yet Maureen went far above and beyond to personally help me, and make sure I was a satisfied customer. I cannot say enough about her uncompromising alacrity to go the extra mile for a simple customer. We emailed back and forth about a dozen times, and I inevitably sent the original ring back to her, and received the new one within a week. Everything went off without a hitch. Maureen should be commended for her efforts. I am amazed at her eagerness to help satisfy a customer who, of no fault of her own, simply ordered the wrong thing. She worked diligently to rectify the situation, and her communication we me was flawless. I am a very happy, and appreciative customer who will DEFINITELY use Claddagh Jewelers for future purchases. She deserves more than 5 stars. Maureen, if your reading this... You're awesome.”

“We were recently in Ireland and thoroughly enjoyed the visit to the visitor center as well as the store itself. The staff was so friendly! My husband purchased a ring for me as an early 20th anniversary present and I treasure it and my memories of your beautiful country!
