“The ring was exactly as described and pictured and my wife loves it. What really stood out was the service, the staff being extremely helpful and accommodating when there was some confusion (on my part) as to the size required. When the ring arrived the size was perfect! Where I would like to see some improvement is in the packaging. The ring was quite expensive and I didn't think the basic cardboard gift box really did it justice.”

“I really love the necklace I bought as a gift for my sister! It is a very high quality sterling silver and gold plated Celtic knot, yet it was reasonably priced. The service in the store was outstanding: very friendly and attentive. My friends were also happy with their purchases. When I return to Ireland, I plan to go back!”

“Bought a beautiful white gold ring just before Christmas. Website suggested that it wouldn't get here on time, but I emailed the shop and they made a special effort to dispatch it so that it arrived before Christmas. Great product and really friendly, efficient service. Go raibh míle maith agaibh.”

“First the ring is beautiful! Excellent quality. You cannot get the designs and quality from anywhere is the US. The staff were so helpful when I asked questions they responded quickly. Very easy to order and the ring was shipped when promised and arrived on time. I highly recommend.”

“I purchased a Claddagh ring for my girlfriend for Christmas back in December and I was highly impressed with how I was dealt with as a customer. I had input the wrong information by accident meaning my confirmation email was wrong. When I emailed to rectify this it was dealt with quickly and didn't hinder the process at all. My questions about delivery were all answering in a friendly and helpful manner and delivery itself was speedy considering the Christmas period was upon us! The ring itself is lovely and great quality, I would definitely recommend Claddagh Jewellers to anyone considering one of these unique rings!”

“Fantastic!! Excellent customer service. I bought a specially made claddagh ring for my father that was ill and with him being Irish it's a ring he has always wanted.claddagh jewlellers kindly made and personalised my fathers ring and made sure it was here in time for Xmas couldn't thank them enough as seeing my fathers face and a tear in his eye on Xmas day when he saw the ring is a memory I will always cherish!”

“I actually bought the ring for my sister, she loves opal, when the ring came I was slightly worried it would be the wrong size but just looking at it was enough to tell me that they had read my comment and that it would be a perfect fit. I was so pleased to give this to her thank you so much!”

“The ring I purchased was beautiful. The shopping experience and customer service were exceptional. Emails were responded to promptly and the person replying actually cares about you and getting you the best service possible. It is also wonderful getting claddagh rings made in Ireland by hand in the birthplace of the claddagh ring.”

“The claddagh-ring I ordered is the most beautiful ring I've ever had :) My Boyfriend bought his ring in the shop on his holidays and because he didn't knew my size I ordered mine online. The shipping to Germany was easy to follow and there where no problems at all. The contact was very nice and all my questions were answered. I will definitely order some nice jewelery in the future, maybe wedding rings in some time... ;D Thank you very much ^^/)”
