“Job moved to the following day due to overbooking. Mechanic turned up on time, done a good job. When finished he was on his phone and told me the payment had went through. That night I checked my bank account only to find a further payment had been taken, no word from click mechanic or the mechanic himself. To cut a long story short,click mechanic blamed the mechanic and the mechanic blamed click mechanic.
Be aware when they do a job for you, the price you are quoted might not be the price you pay.”
“They came just in time 8-10, and arrived at 10. But I recieved my car from an MOT and service at 5 PM it took 7 hours, luckily I had nothing to do today. I phoned at 1430 and they said they had just finished the service, it took them 4.5 hours to service? Then phoned again at 1630 and they said the car will be back at 1715. The original expected time was 2.8 hours”
“Booked a mechanic for a replacement alternator. All confirmed for 48 hours after initial booking. Then got a text from the mechanic saying he couldn't do the repair now. Quoted too cheap obviously. When i tried to call or text he wouldn't reply. Avoid this company!!”
