I purchased toiletries online in May if not late March, the order took forever to arrive so I cancelled it and requested a refund instead to which I haven't received more than 4 months later.I have sent tons of emails no one wants to take responsibility, the customer care line just rings and rings until you angrily hang up. Note that I have not received any points for filling up. The service center at clicks ask me to send a slip and I did not even that slips points could be loaded. It seems clicks doesn't value clients as they say one thing and do exactly the opposite. People who filled their vehicles at a clicks partner please check if you have received your points.”
