Long wait... 10 mins ...just to get Neorobion vit B at the pharmacy. Such a useless procedure. Then to go queue aagain wait once again at the final pay counter. This is always the case at Clicks and the reason why i go there less and less. Always waiting forever!!

To whom it may concern  Just a note to compliment the staff at both the Meyerdsal store and the store at Mall of South. They are super friendly and go out of their way to assist.  Please afford them the due praise they deserve. Regards  Fatima

Orders are split between meds and other products. So far it has taken 5 days and order still not ready for collection. By far the worst online shipping experiment in South Africa.

Im a first time mom to a beautiful boy of 4 months now. For 3 months i had to change diapers throughout the night and sometimes had to change him into dry clothes. I tried pampers, huggies, lovies and every single one disappointed me. I got myself clicks the purple pack of nappies, on special, and not once i had to change him into dry clothes. I leave him for 10 hours with one nappy throughout the night. This is the best nappies. I'll never use something els ever again. To be honest, i buy my baby's monthly supply only at dischem. They also have the best bum cream and Wetwipes. Affordable and never disappoints. Well done to clicks and the amazing service and deals i get every month.

The worst online store ever, i wouldnt advice anyone to buy there. I bought a bath tub for my baby while i was pregnant on the 15 september n it was never delivered, I requested a refund and even today i haven't received anything from them. My son is even 1 month old.

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!😠😠They are taking days to deliver my stuff. Worst thing is that I can't cancel the order until it's here. Stay away from clicks online

I ordered a steam straightener at clicks this October 2020 and their delivery was quick I received my order within 3 days and I was given a tracking number to track my order which I did, so for me online shopping at clicks is the best .I recommend it to everyone because I haven't been disappointed and I will be buying again

Worst service ever, ordered and requested for my order to be sent to Cornubia. I saw that my cell no was incorrect, called the online center to change my no, this is still not done. I get told delivery is 1 to 3 working days, go to the store a week later as the order was delayed one part of my parcel is there, the other part is still on its way. I placed one order not sure why the order was split. Asked to speak to the manager at Corunbia, she says there is nothing she can do we need to wait for the order to be delivered as clicks online is different , my point was you are representing the same brand, that is the message you should be passing and try to help.

their online shopping is the worst you can ever try, they don't update you on your order. as a customer you always have to follow up on your order of which the call center people are also useless as they always say they will get back to you but never do. the order takes forever to be delivered...... its really disappointing and i will never purchase anything online. i am still waiting for my order even now

How can such a big company as clicks say black hair is dry and damaged. Will never be buying from clicks again, seems its a shop for the whites only 😕😒

I am literally disappointed and disgusted by the horrible service I received from Clicks online. I purchased toiletries online in May if not late March, the order took forever to arrive so I cancelled it and requested a refund instead to which I haven't received more than 4 months later.I have sent tons of emails no one wants to take responsibility, the customer care line just rings and rings until you angrily hang up. So you might need to be extra careful with clicks online, they don't deliver!!!!! EXTRA UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER 0 OUT OF 100 THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!

I placed and paid for the order online on the 25th of July 2020, but haven't received it up to date. Today marks 1 month 5 days since I placed that order. I have sent tons of emails with no assistance.

I have placed an online order on the 24th of April, and today is the 07th of may and i still have not received my order or a single phone call from clicks for the progress. I called them twice and they said i should receive by the 05th of May. I am losing my patience and all i want right now is my refund.
