“Order processing and shipping were very fast. I ordered an open box item from the outlet center - the listing was very detailed and the photos were helpful to make sure the product was in good shape. They carry high quality products and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again in the future.”

“Even though the grinder was an "open box" return, it was in perfect cosmetic and working condition. Grinder has been flawless in operation and very consistent in grinds. Great customer service and fast shipping.”

“I ordered an open-box grinder. It arrived sooner than I expected. Although it was an open-box product, it is in perfect (new) condition. I am happy with my purchase and would both recommend and use Cliff + Pebble in the future.”

“Cliff & Pebble shipped out the same day as my order and I received the package the next day (for a very big and bulky dual boiler espresso machine). I think it's fortunate that I live close to one of their warehouses, but the shipping speed was impressive. I also took advantage of a promotional deal that I didn't see anywhere else on the web.”

“Love this grinder! Perfect for espresso. It’s easy to use and dial in. And it’s quiet! It makes the Fellow Ode Gen 2 with SSP burrs that I use for a brew grinder sound loud in comparison! Cliff & Pebble were great - they had the best price and shipped quickly. Recommended!”

“Cliff and Pebble's staff was so helpful in helping us select or Lelit Bianca. When it arrived damaged they immediately began working on getting us a new one as soon as possible. Our new one arrived in perfect condition and we absolutely love it. We will be buying a second unit from Cliff and Pebble for our vacation home once it is ready. Thanks again Corey”
