“I received a dress - the seams were not correct Rather than sending it back - I was offered a 20% refund to get it fixed myself Great idea - albeit not ideal Thanks - fab dress Quick delivery too”

“Easy to use website and fast international shipping. Nice quality clothes for the price. I would like to suggest visible reviews on styles as I ordered a 14, but in the style could have done with a 12. Luckily sold to a friend and repurchased correct size. So customer reviews on the item page would be helpful. Also 14 return policy when ordering internationally makes it virtually impossible to return.”

“fits perfectly and is such a beautiful dress!! only downfall is it’s slightly different from the picture (the picture shows the dress with a zip and doesn’t have a zip) but other than that fits amazing and i can’t wait to wear it fast shipping!!!!”

“The dress I ordered was really nice and good value for money However your email marketing is very excessive and I dont remember being asked for permission during checkout - you need to make that super clear during checkout (also for GDPR compliance) as I think it’s offputting to brand new customers”

“The dresses were lovely, very flattering and well made! For delivery I opted for 24 hour delivery however it took an extra day which was a little disappointing when you're paying extra to ensure it gets here quickly, so thankfully I liked them!”
