I ordered a dress and it was stunning but I’ve put a little weight on and it didn’t fit , sent it back and I actually sealed it up without putting the return form in ! I messaged them , they got straight back and refund was there 3 days later !!!! Absolutely no hassle whatsoever so thank you club L !!! Have re-ordered ! “Club L London have poor customer service and displayed an item that was sold very expensive but was poor quality. They also sent a QR code returns label that was not accepted at Royal Mail post office. They have failed to respond to emails about the difficulty experienced in returning the item. They have a very poor service I would avoid buying anything from this company if you work hard for your money, they are terrible!”
“I ordered this dress for my daughter she is almost 16 and is attending her first house party (thanks to covid!)- it was important that she found something that she felt confident and comfortable in as I feel teens have been so restricted. This dress is absolutely stunning and she looks amazing in it! Size is true to size, delivery said 8 days but it arrived 2 days later. Packaging was nice too! Very happy with the purchase and I can’t wait to see my daughter before she sets off to her party!”
