“HORRENDOUS NASTY LITTLE COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Customer service is actually an imature little girl that will send you narly emails up to 10pm at night trying to convince you that you-the customer are in the wrong. Photos dont Actually match what they sell and their attitude is simply we do not accept products back. Not even if they made the error themselves. Pip off Britain”

“I ordered a collection of matching iPad, mac book, air pot and iPhone cases for my daughters birthday. 3 of the items arrived quickly whilst the iPad case was personalised so I waited a little longer for it to arrive. I was so disappointed when it arrived. It doesn't match at all. The colour is completely different and the size of the print is a much larger scale to the other items and to what is shown online and the iPad case quality is really poor - such a disappointment when the other items are so lovely. I contacted Coconut Lane expecting them to understand my disappointment. Unfortunately they just keep telling me that the case is printed differently and despite the website showing the items as matching and them encouraging you to buy matching items, they do not match. Coconut Lane are now trying to say that despite mis selling items and falsely advertising them that I need to pay to return the items. I don't feel I should be out of pocket when I am not at fault.”

“DO NOT BUY THE IPAD CASE!!!! It is so poorly made! The case looks and feels cheap. It is not secure for the iPad! The velcro comes undone and the £1600 iPad almost falls out! The case “securing” covers half the iPad screen including the camera so makes the iPad unusable! Avoid at all costs! Waste of money! Not sold fit for purpose!! Then they try to scam you and refuse to refund when you complain about their faulty case! Reporting to trading standards!”

“Ordered a phone case which looked lovely online, when it arrived was very poor quality and honestly looked cheap and tacky. Refused refund also. Do not buy from this company, products are cheap looking!”

“DONT ORDER. I would give half a star if I could. I bought the rose gold mac bundle as a bday present to myself. I'm super disappointed in the product quality, especially for the price I paid. The items look much better on the site. In person the phone case is cheap. The MacBook skin got creased in shipment and looks bad once applied. The notebook is minuscule, and the graphic design on everything isn't rose gold. Its not rose, or even pink, its BROWN. No metallic. I've ordered products from Shein that are better. For 30 euros I feel absolutley robbed. Given I live outside the UK, the cost of shipping to return it would cost me more than I paid. Worst birthday gift ever. The photos were taken on rose pink sheets to shoe how little "rose gold" there actually is.”

“Ordered the skin set a week ago. On the website it states the standard delivery I paid for takes between 2-4 days. A week has gone by and nothing has appeared. Would not recommend.”

“Great company! I have 3 Coconut Lane phone cases and love switching between them. Good protection at an affordable price, would recommend. My fave is the Abstract design. I also love their notebooks and laptop covers. Ellie xx”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a phone case which said it offered ‘100% protection’. The case does not cover the phone sufficiently and would clearly leave the phone open to be scratched. When I questioned this I was argued with by the CEO, told that it would cover the back of the phone and what more do I expect, and they were extremely rude.”

“Absolutely brilliant! Wasn’t really sure what to expect ordering a phone case for the first time. Ordered on Thurs evening and it turned up Saturday. The case is of a great quality, a lot better than I expected, will be ordering again.”

“Ordered a phone case on 19th of august it is now 28th and still no phone case awful delivery contacted them by email and they asked did I have my address right like I’m gonna put the wrong address I’ve asked for a refund but as yet no reply”

“I have ordered from here lots of times and the service is always excellent!! Really quick delivery service. I ordered on Monday night with standard delivery and received it Wednesday morning! I am in love with my new laptop case and lip balms. I would definitely recommend ordering from here!”

“The phone case itself is beautiful and very good quality! The negative is I paid extra for next day delivery and it didn’t come next day! The customer service team is extremely hard to contact, they never reply to my email and are now ignoring my request to have a refund on carriage. Most probably will not order from here again. What should have been so Simply ended up being stressful and complicated.”
