“Fantastic… cannot recommend high enough. Website easy to use, very user friendly. Great communication from placing the order to delivery. Absolutely love my watch strap, it’s the black & white zebra stripe, my watch is rose gold and it looks lovely. My iPhone cover is green leave effect which again is great quality. Thank you will order again shortly.”

“Bought two straps for my Fitbit and the print was lovely but did not cover sides of strap, so they were bright white which really stands out? So look cheap. I’ve seen nicer on eBay for a third of the cost. Also they take £2.95 off your refund to reimburse their postage and then you have to pay yourself to return. So cost me £6 to return straps that turned up not looking the same in the picture? The customer service was quick to reply but not much help really. Will but some from eBay. No wonder they offer huge discounts the stuff is not good quality.”

“The laptop cases are made from a material that cracks. The corners cracked within a few weeks of use, resulting in a piece getting into the corner of my laptop and then causing the screen to crack when it was closed. It cost over £500 for the Apple store to repair. I thought it was bad luck so ordered another, only to discover it did the exact same thing – crumbling at the corners. I emailed asking for a refund and a contribution towards the cost of the repair (which I am entitled to, as per the damages section of the Consumers Rights Act). They offered £100 in vouchers (which I obviously didn't want, given their products are not fit for purpose) and then proceeded to claim that the laptop case 'primary purpose' is not to protect the laptop but instead 'are designed with aesthetics in mind'. This is despite their website stating it is 'a super-protective hard-backed' case. The CEO also stated no one else had reported this issue, even though there are similar reviews on Trust Pilot. I am now beginning ADR in the hope of claiming some of this cost back. If a ‘super-protective’ laptop case causes damage to a laptop, it is not fit for purpose and it should be discontinued.”

“WISH I'D READ REVIEWS 1ST BEFORE ORDERING!!! ORDERED PERSONALISED PHONE CASE FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT, WAS SO PLEASED IT CAME IN TIME AND THEN OPENED IT AND COULDNT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED...NO INITIALS ON IT, SO PAID £22 For A BIT OF PLASTIC”

“Ordered my mum a personalised dog phone case for Christmas around the first or second week of December. On Monday 20/12/21 I received a dispatch email saying my order was on the way, which I though was a little late despite the 4 day rule of ordering personalised emails. Emailed Coconut Lane customer service and have had no response, and now have no gift for my mum. Won’t be buying anything from here again, I wish I had read the reviews earlier.”

“I ordered a personalised phone case with my initial and a heart next to it. It took 3 weeks to come and the printing was incorrect. It was not specified anywhere on the website that symbols cannot be printed. I received a phone case saying H?? which I was very disappointed by. I reached out to customer service about this issue and was responded to by someone called Charlotte. She was very rude and told me that I should have known their machine doesn’t print symbols :/ I will attach screenshots of my experience with a staff member as I am shocked by how disrespectful she was. I have purchased many personalised products before and have never been so appalled. Will definitely not recommend!!”

“I ordered the matching ‘tan spots’ case and watch strap for my iPhone The watch strap came first (which they only tell you it won’t come at the same time AFTER you’ve paid) So the strap came and it looked kinda pinky… so I thought ok well see what the phone case shows up like Phone case finally arrives and it is tan! So my ‘matching’ set does not match in the slightest! I emailed thinking they’d understand and be sorry for their error but they wernt! They told me that it’s the way it’s printed and that’s that if I want to send it back I can, at my own expense! Not a chance will I be paying that! Shame really because I was going to use them for Christmas presents but not now, they’d of had a fortune off me up until Christmas if they’d of actually sent matching items! So bad that it’s advertised as ‘tan’ when it’s definitely not. Won’t order again, if I could give 0 stars I would.”

“HORRENDOUS NASTY LITTLE COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Customer service is actually an imature little girl that will send you narly emails up to 10pm at night trying to convince you that you-the customer are in the wrong. Photos dont Actually match what they sell and their attitude is simply we do not accept products back. Not even if they made the error themselves. Pip off Britain”

“I ordered a collection of matching iPad, mac book, air pot and iPhone cases for my daughters birthday. 3 of the items arrived quickly whilst the iPad case was personalised so I waited a little longer for it to arrive. I was so disappointed when it arrived. It doesn't match at all. The colour is completely different and the size of the print is a much larger scale to the other items and to what is shown online and the iPad case quality is really poor - such a disappointment when the other items are so lovely. I contacted Coconut Lane expecting them to understand my disappointment. Unfortunately they just keep telling me that the case is printed differently and despite the website showing the items as matching and them encouraging you to buy matching items, they do not match. Coconut Lane are now trying to say that despite mis selling items and falsely advertising them that I need to pay to return the items. I don't feel I should be out of pocket when I am not at fault.”
