"Light pink phone case turned dark grey around 5 weeks after I bought it. The company replied saying the product description mentioned possible decoloration and gave me cleaning tips. I would understand if this took place after 6-8 months. But just over 1? TRASH."

"Bought two straps for my Fitbit and the print was lovely but did not cover sides of strap, so they were bright white which really stands out? So look cheap. I\u2019ve seen nicer on eBay for a third of the cost. Also they take \u00a32.95 off your refund to reimburse their postage and then you have to pay yourself to return. So cost me \u00a36 to return straps that turned up not looking the same in the picture? The customer service was quick to reply but not much help really. Will but some from eBay. No wonder they offer huge discounts the stuff is not good quality."

"The laptop cases are made from a material that cracks. The corners cracked within a few weeks of use, resulting in a piece getting into the corner of my laptop and then causing the screen to crack when it was closed. It cost over \u00a3500 for the Apple store to repair. I thought it was bad luck so ordered another, only to discover it did the exact same thing \u2013 crumbling at the corners. I emailed asking for a refund and a contribution towards the cost of the repair (which I am entitled to, as per the damages section of the Consumers Rights Act). They offered \u00a3100 in vouchers (which I obviously didn't want, given their products are not fit for purpose) and then proceeded to claim that the laptop case 'primary purpose' is not to protect the laptop but instead 'are designed with aesthetics in mind'. This is despite their website stating it is 'a super-protective hard-backed' case. The CEO also stated no one else had reported this issue, even though there are similar reviews on Trust Pilot. I am now beginning ADR in the hope of claiming some of this cost back. If a \u2018super-protective\u2019 laptop case causes damage to a laptop, it is not fit for purpose and it should be discontinued."
